Honestly, it's not the dumbest I've read of this genre and personally it gets a bit better once you get further into the story. The MC is trash for the first while as he's literally hell bent on finding this one girl for what I consider minimal reasons. Otherwise it originally comes off super harem-y because in the beginning he busy inadvertently saving girls. What I do appreciate is that the MC is relatively consistent in saving people that may be helpful in the future/actually able to try and protect themselves from zombies. As the plot picks up after the first part I definitely wouldn't call this good but it was okay for me overall. I'll place my bets on most people wanting to drop it within the first five or so chapters though since it starts as one of THOSE types of manhua and it's not very pleasant.

Super unique and the stories it showed were heartfelt and hopeful
