very sweet and fluffy. made me roll my eyes at their obliviousness to their own feelings lol (they started off as friends with benefits first), but it wasn't annoying and got resolved with no drama ie no denial or angst. would recommend. And the smut is hot

mc is a face-con who alway ends up dating jerks, his last bf kept borrowing money from him and turned out to be a married man with kids. mc meets ml who is his new manager at work, mc falls for ml's looks at first sight. little did he know ml actually was his schoolmate who confessed to mc in high school, but he was short and nerdy then, so mc rejected him cause he was too 'tiny'. ml notices mc is attracted to him and toys with him because of it, is strict with him at work and assigns him lots of work and ask him to redo stuff lots, but also says ambiguous stuff, confusing mc. mc eventually confesses to ml, ml reveals they were schoolmates and mc realises ml was bullying him because of the past rejection. mc gets upset and asks ml to leave him alone, but when mc gets drunk at an office dinner party, he ends up sleeping with ml. afterwards mc gets really upset with ml and even cries, causing ml to feel bad and promise to leave him alone. ml also helps mc out by defending him when his senior tried to push blame onto him. at the next office dinner, ml helps mc block drinks but ends up drunk instead, of course they end up sleeping together. mc is of course won over by ml's feelings for him, but decide to string him along and be friends with benefits. etc typical relations drama happens (ml goes on trip, phone breaks, hence mc thought he didnt contact him on purpose and they both get upset; mc's scum ex comes back and tries to blackmail him, mc conceals it from ml making him angry... etc). it wasnt bad, initially i didnt like ml cause he was kinda mean to mc but he quickly turned out to be a big softie for mc and is weak to mc's tears. the sex was hot too.
