ch15 apparently mc ends up w knight yas im sick of princes mc is the eldest daughter of an impoverished noble family, she is selected to be the prince consort candidate, but she really joins for the reward money + chance to get a job as an attendant. she is escorted by a knight aka ML (although his presence is very low for a ML..), gets a female attendant who is from a non-noble family who is likely the real prince consort. The prince consort is chosen via a magic ring which will make flowers bloom. The prince is looking for a little girl he met as a kid who protected a fox from being drowned, he only realised after she left that the ring responded. Now he has given roses to the candidate and MC's one has bloomed but its likely because her attendant touched it. However, another candidate who is secretly an enemy spy finds out and kidnaps her, trying to force the prince to give up his kingdom for her or slander his rep if he lets her die.
