ch65 dropped meh, the art was weird, feels like the author doesn't know anatomy for face, the faces look wonky and weird, facial expressions are also very stiff, but you get the occasional gem where the character looks gorgeous (like maybe once every 10 chapters). The MC was ok at first, she wasn't too bothered about being married to a stranger, was tried to get along well with the other concubines and basically tried to occupy her time and have fun, while planning to leave eventually, which i like that she's being practical and optimistic, she's also a little silly but nothing too annoying. but after she fell for him she a little annoying with how she would run away with the help of another man and travel together with him even after he confessed to her -.- The author also has pacing issues, a lots of things are glossed over or sudden jumps in conversation. The translation quality isn't great either so that might contribute to the cause. All in all, unprofessional art + shoddy translation + plot/convo jumps made it a little bit of a chore to read. I enjoyed it up till maybe 10 chapters ago then i got a little tired with the subpar quality

ch80 MC reincarnates into an OP slime, with skill predator where he can consume skills of others. He devours the body of an otherworlder girl to fulfil her wish - help 5 human summoned children who are dying because of faulty summons (he later on uses his skill to turn lesser spirits into higher spirits to possess their bodies and stabilise their mana). He establishes a monster town/country (giving them names makes them evolve to higher life forms: goblins->hobgoblins, ogre->oni, orcs, he also hires dwarf blacksmiths/researchers), and advocates for trade with humans - he establishes treaties with dwarf kingdom, a human kingdom and a demon lord kingdom. However, a greedy human country instigate war (along with holy church who aim to eradicate all monsters) and causes his people to die - partly due to his order to not harm humans, in order to resurrect them, he kills 10,000 people to evolve into demon lord. He also summons a powerful demon (he names him Diablo) to apprehend the single survivor of the massacre (great magician of the enemy kingdom) before he falls into slumber to evolve, everyone gets resurrected. Demon King claymore goes to war with MC, and calls for Walpulgis meeting with all demon kings. its kinda pg-13 in the sense that nobody dies, no one gets permanently hurt, MC is super nice/naive, things goes easily for him, hes super OP, but i enjoyed it! it was a light easy read and i liked the characters, because MC is a slime and also a young girl in human form, there isn't much eichi/fanservice, i can go quite a few chapters before seeing any fanservice tbh, its mainly reserved for the filler chapters/side stories, during the main plotline its more adventurer mode.

ch144 - korean manhwa but is a wuxia story set in china (with familiar terms eg jianghu, righteous/demonic sects). Absolutely loved it, strong OP MC but with morals, strong FL with a mind of her own and her own desires/ambition, cute tomboy little sister who isn't creepily in love with her brother, <3 MC was a martial god who was hunted down and eventually a monk sacrificed his life and took him down, he rebirths as the young master of a great clan (same world, same time period), with loving parents and a younger sis. He is taught by Baek-kyo a mysterious scholar, and with his literary teachings manages to advance his martial arts more. Love interest is Joo Yeon-ha - the imperial princess who desires the throne - this causes her to have to fight with her brothers for power, her life in danger. She seems like a kind quiet person, but she has strong will, and likes to tease the MC too. MC takes over the house of his clan's rivals the Nam Gong family by killing off their expert and clan leader, now he is controlling them from the shadows. He also gets help from the (rat king) who once betrayed him in the past to save his own life, but regrets it so seems to be loyal this time round - he is skilled at info gathering through his rats. There seems to a mysterious green-haired man who seems to know MC but MC never seen him before, (i think MC might be reincarnation of the bandit leader who saved his life as a kid maybe? the bandit leader ends up killed by old man cultivator who takes the kid into the sect as a disciple), he seems to be pulling strings from shadows, but i think ultimately to prevent MC's death again, but works with shady ppl and keeps MC in the dark. he's also working with the princess to help her ascend to the throne. his companions are day bird guy, skilled archer guy, and priestess who predicted the reincarnation of the martial god. MC's companions are his friend/bodyguard Kyungho, subordinate he picked up Hongsan, rat guy, white/black twins old men, his tomboy martial arts obsessed sister. Mc manages to convert the day bird to his side by promising to cure his child. He also picks up an underling/talented sword cultivator MC visits the jaghwa clan and learns that the 8 demon kings are due to decend, and the bird of apocalypse is coming. He also receives a book of sorcery from them

ch45 MC rebirths into 2nd son of baron in countryside, slice of life fluffy family life where he gets along with his tomboy older sister and bookworm older brother, forced into sword practice by his father lol. He doesn't really do anything astonishing really, other than being a precocious 6 yr old who is good at studies and can utilise magic at young age, introduce food such as spaghetti and onigiri, and b&w chess board game. art is super cute and MC is the cutest ever lol i love his lazy cubby face. it is a bit annoying how he's a complete pushover and also is childish (ie annoys his sis on purpose, picks fights w other children)
