mc and ml switch bodies because of an Australian aboriginal pendant. ml is a celeb, mc has to pretend to be him, while ml pretends to be his manager. not much plot tbh, they change back after banging heads but then get switched back by the pendent again. when outdoors during variety show, they both fall off a cliff and switch back again, ml unconsciously protecting mc with his body. when mc wakes up in his own body injured, he doesnt blame ml and even says hes glad, which touched ml and he falls for mc (i mean he liked mc before, which is why he protected mc when falling off cliff but his cemented his feelings). later on they find out about their past lives as star crossed lovers from rivalling tribes at war, mc saves ml who was injured and they fall in love. ml went back to his tribe and proposed a marriage between tribes to end the war, but others schemed to kill ml during the wedding and ambush his tribe, mc takes the arrow and dies instead. it was weird how quickly mc fell for ml? like within maybe 2-3 days he starts blushing whenever ml approaches him. later on it was revealed that they were lovers in their past lives, so maybe thats why, but yeah in the beginning I was like ??!! how did you immediately fall for your ex's boyfriend, also ML was super rude and shitty to mc and mc still liked him? -.- when ML fell for mc things went uphill but yeah, i cant forget my annoyance in the beginning.

ch90 mc transmigrates into the body of the villainess aka the fiance of the crown prince. the crown prince however is a cheating scumbag but wouldn't break the engagement from mc - instead he lets out news that they will declare their marriage date during the spring ball. mc saves a beggar from the streets who turns out to be handsome werewolf (aka ml) who had his fangs and tongue removed and exiled from his clan, she uses her as a date for the ball, the prince meets the FL during the ball and falls for her course so he doesn't go through his plans of announcing his marriage with mc. in the meantime, ml ran way from the ball after seeing another werewolf, he gets into a fight with the 3rd male lead of the novel aka red hair werewolf - he ends up wounded in mc's garden. red hair werewolf ends up causing a ruckus at mc's house looking for ml, but beaten back by mc's assassin sniper brother (aka male lead no 2 in the novel), mc ends up losing her temper at both of them for destroying the manor and scaring the servants. red hair werewolf ends up making an appointment to meet her as per her instructions, but mc takes on ml as her butler hence declaring him under her protection. she also gets the magic sword that the prince was meant to get in the novel, and uses it to defeat the red hair werewolf. mc then travels to the territory of the female lead so that she can use her healing powers to cure mc (she got injured in the fight with the werewolf) and also to seek a cure for ML's mutism. She becomes friends with the FL and decides to protect her from the problematic male leads (crown prince who is a cheating scumbag, her own brother who is a creepy stalker, red hair werewolf who is an idiot lol, and green hair tycoon who is super yandere). FL actually has awareness that she is in a novel where she is forced to repeat the plot over and over again, trapped in this storyline despite trying to escape the clutches of the male leads - she is pleasantly surprised when MC seems to be able to change things, this rekindles hope in herself to escape the plot. MC manages to "wake" her brother up by turning him into a bunny during the hunting party and chasing him down, she uses this to enlighten him that constantly chasing someone to "protect" them without them asking for it is super scary. During the festival, she wins all the games against the crown prince, she then gives him the grand prize - a princess tiara - saying that out of everyone he is closest to a princess. he gets offended but she tells him off for being a womaniser without focusing on politics and his people, he thinks its acceptable to cheat because he is the prince, yet he wants the support of her family but doesn't take into account MC's feelings, his behaviour can easily make the alliance crumble, as the only reason why her family are supporting him rn is because of their engagement. crown prince also seemed to be slapped awake and changes his behaviour, apologising to the other ladies he had affairs with and also apologising to mc and seems to want to win her favour back. FL gets kidnapped by ML's twin brother aka leader of the werewolves, mc and her party rescues her, which is a deviation of the plot where redhair werewolf saves her. ML also awakens during this time to save mc (in the plot it was supposed to be red hair werewolf). mc stopped ml from killing his brother, but disciplins the brother and the red hair werewolf instead and pretends to carve a curse on their fangs using her magic sword to stop them from causing trouble. mc also plants a trap for green haired tycoon, she first releases news of a fake gold mine to confirm the existence of his spy when he steals the gold mine- but also to invoke his anger and wish to kill mc. she uses his attempted murder to put him behind bars and claim compensation. in the meantime, mc putting herself in danger and invoking ML's worry and anger finally pushes mc to be aware of her own feelings and she confess to ml and they end up together yay. now mc is worried about the climax of the novel where there will be a war with demons. MC convinces her dad that war in looming by pretending to have heard an oracle, this is vouched by her maid Yona who was the one most loved by god (aka the fav character of the author). The god (aka will of the author) tries to end the world by making the demon seal break early and then offers MC the chance to go to another world while this one restarts, however MC refused, in anger the god took mc's eyes. mc remembers in the novel where the person whose power/thing was stolen has to cut the breath of Balal (aka the monster the god is possessing) in order to defeat it and gain back the thing they lost, mc with ml's help cuts the breath and gains her eyesight back, the FL seals the demons away and help heal the people. mc becomes famous overnight as the Lion Lady.

ahh this was cute. fairly typical plot but the main characters were loving and tried their best for each other. sigh why can't more mangas have healthy relationships. mc is a hanbok designer, ml a lawyer, they both got divorced years ago due to misunderstandings and difficulties, basically mc's asshole uncle made things difficult for ml and he got into trouble with his law school for getting beat up and stuff, ml's mother doesnt like mc because of lies the asshole uncle told her that she's just playing around and marrying ml because he's an attorney, ml also misunderstands because he saw mc and her male friend stay together for one night (but male friend is actually gay), so in the end things were too hard and they ended up divorced. now years later, mc's super rich grandma left her entire fortune to mc, with the condition she gets married to ml again, so happens mc's factory burned down and she desperately needs funds to meet her customer's orders in time. but very quickly mc gets drunk and confess her true feelings to ml who still loves her, after a little push and pull they decide to get back together for good, then the rest of the story is them being strong and overcoming obstacles that got in their way in the past. <3

dropped ch41 got annoyed at pushover mc. dubcon with sexual coercion where mc was the truck driver when the truck got robbed and 2.7mil stolen, he is held responsible by ml's company (sketchy mafia type bt apparently ml wants to go clean), he gets coerced into sex to pay off his debts (i think author tries to sell it as ml's subordinates misunderstanding and making mc sign contract for sexual favours and ml thinking that mc is taking initiative to use sex to pay off the debt but still ml didn't reject mc and accepted it and wasn't nice or gentle with him at all tbh. makes for hot sex but leaves a bad taste in my mouth.) got annoyed when mc found out the money was recovered yet ml hid it from him and continued their sexual relationship hence mc cut him off, yet now suddenly he's letting ml have his way with him because ml still makes him turned on.. -.- the antagonist as well is super twisted and killed his stepbrother's dog when he was a kid, then now almost raped his stepbrother -.- why cant we have nice consensual relationships

3.5 i liked the leads, mc was a good female character, believable. her previous life doesn't play much of a role other than spurring her to visit the capital. she gets caught up in the drama between the saint and the duke, the duke asks her to pretend to be his lover/fiance in order to get the saint off his back. saint is an actress from korea who was involved in a scandal for sleeping her way to the top, she commits suicide via walking into the sea but ended up appearing out of thin air in a lake in the palace and walking on water, however she doesn't possess any holy power so her position as saint isn't confirmed yet, hence she wants to marry the duke to elevate her position in society otherwise she would just be a penniless, powerless woman, tbh her motivations are reasonable, but its frustrating how she is so stupid. like it is clear that the duke is completely uninterested in her, but she continues to use forceful methods to try and marry him like spreading rumours that she was seen leaving his room naked.. then when the duke gets engaged to mc, she doesn't give up and schemes to kill mc. like who is so dumb to pursue a futile course. why doesnt she switch her targets to someone more willing? its so dumb. when the church ask her to perform her duties as a saint like visit the orphanage, she throws a fuss and didnt want to go until they forced her, then she pushes a child away for touching her dress and ran out of the orphanage. like she already said that she had visited orphanages when she was an actress for publicity purposes, why doesnt she see the merit in building her reputation as a saint? shes a talented actress but the author only pulls out her acting skills when it suits them. her maid is also another one, like she's a poor maid in a pub, but absolutely hates rich people like mc and glares at them openly?, then becomes delusional when she meets the duke and falls for his face -.- when the duke smiled at her to be polite, she thought he was in love with her. -.- err i don't know why you would want to create such moronic characters. feels like the author's IQ only goes so far. the only decent villain is the mastermind behind the scenes, a nobleman from the aristocrat faction seeking to weaken the powers of the imperial family, he leaves the dirty work to the saint - wants her to marry the duke so that the imperial family would distance themselves from him (cause the saint represents the church faction), later on asks the saint to poison the duke, then asks her delusional maid to kill her when she leaves the crime scene, and arrange for the maid's death to look like suicide, pretty decent plan and difficult to trace back to him. but the trials are a farce, the evidence that ml presented was kinda flimsy and mainly relied on witness testimonies of the saintess and the nobleman's servant. his father swiftly abandoned him to his death after that? not sure, feel like it would be harder to sentence a noble to death than some flimsy testimonies from non-noble people. later on the mc lets the ml run around planning a grandiose proposal which in other settings i might get annoyed but in this one i fully understand mc. they got together under false pretences, afterwards cause the duke had weird hang ups about love, couldn't answer that he loved her but said that he liked her and enjoyed being with etc, but mc felt that due to the difference in their social status as well as the duke's popularity with women, this marriage would not be secure like this, she did not want to be a woman who needlessly pursue the affections of a husband who is not interested. so (even tho she knows that the duke likely does love her), she schemes to run away from his house and inform him that she is calling off the engagement as she does not want a loveless marriage. when he comes to his senses and realises he does love her, she still does not accept him back easily and wants him to plan the grandest proposal that will be talked about by the whole country or sth like that. anyway, i think in her position its reasonable, if ur boyfriend told u he didnt love you, isnt it normal for a girlfriend to want to break up, and then when they want to get back together, the girl shouldnt accept him back so easily because like what u think im so easy? love yourself first then only others will love you. also there are political reasons for this as well, cause now mc is seen as a hussy who came and seduced the ml from the saint, her position is not secure and ppl speculate that the ml would prob have a new mistress after marriage, so in order that she is not shunned by high societies, ml should show them that she is important to him.
