FOUND THIS ON SOMEONE'S ARTICLE, SO IT WAS'NT MINE YET I STILL WANTED TO POST IT. Oroguchi's BF is Narumi's brother, Hiro Narumi who is a painter but he never could be with Oroguchi intimately because he was scared of women(cause of his mother). It took some time from Hiro's side but Oruguchi fell for Hiro instantly and the both loved each other. However stuff happens and Oroguchi could not stand what Hiro did in his past. Ok, this is all major spoiler in the story. There is a lot of mystery that is why this is one of my favourite mangas. Narumi's mother is a psychologist. She is a very warped person. She uses her sons as experiments to write books about child psychology. She seperates Hiro and Hikaru(Narumi) when they were very young to 2 different environments. Narumi grows up alone with just his house keeper looking after him in a big house. Hiro grows up with lot of people around him. However because of seperating the kids, Hiro starts hating eggs(some sort of mother psychology explanation exists). Hikaru who loves his brother starts copying Hiro and starts to throw up everytime he too eats eggs. So Narumi's aversion to eggs was developed on his own rather than a problem like with Hiro. Narumi's house keeper finds out about the separation of the 2 kids because Narumi starts being very distant and cold. So she takes Narumi to where Hiro lives. They meet and are happy. However Hiro has a very difficult time making friends, he is kinda like a weak child who gets bullied easily. So Narumi who loves his brother starts beating up his bullies and turns really violent. But the bullies boss kinda takes a liking to Narumi and they become friends. So Narumi was ruly happy when he was with his friends and Hiro in the environment Hiro lived. However nothing good can last for long. Hiro gets jealous that Narumi is so easily liked by people and so when one bully tries to beat up Hiro he retaliates with anger. Every one believes him to be dead but Narumi takes the blame for Hiro's fault. Oruguchi who loves Hiro learns of this dark secret from Hiro. Hiro trusted her thinking she would understand but she couldn't believe the kind Hiro could do something like that. When Oroguchi is in the hospital she calls Narumi and tells him to give Hiro a letter saying she is sorry and she loves him. However Narumi being a douche he is doesn't care to give to Hiro because once Hiro got involved with Oruguchi, Oruguchi made Narumi promise to stay away from Hiro. Mizuho in her quest for truth finds Hiro and is surprised that he doesn't know Oruguchi is gone. When he finds out he is angry and burns down paintings that he made of her. Mizuho almost gets burned but is saved in time by Narumi. So even though every one thinks Narumi is a douche and that he is likely the guy who made Oruguchi pregnant Mizuho never believes it. So she tries to find the truth and when it is finally revealed the one who is pregnant is Mizuho's friend Remi. Remi asked Oruguchi to help her get an abortion and the text oruguchi's mother sees is actually to the father that Oruguchi sent saying Remi took care of it and he doesn't need to get involved. So, who is the guy who got remi pregnant? It was none other than the bully boss sakata kouji who was Narumi's friend. The reason Kouji got involved with Remi is because he thought he would screw Narumi over if he hurt a girl from his school who also happens to be friends with the girl Narumi liked(MIzuho). That was just a coincidence though. I don't think Kouji knew Remi was Mizuho's friend. In the end Narumi does give Hiro the letter of Oruguchi and when Mizuho confronts him that he knew everything but why he didn't do anything till then, he doesn't reply to her. He tells Yanai however that there were 3 reason why he sought out his brother 1. because oruguchi was stupid, 2. because Mizuho was stupid, 3. because 2 bullies from Narumi's past wanted to use the leverage about the dead guy Hiro killed and they also threatened that they would hurt Mizuho. So in a sense Narumi only got involved because those bullies were threatening Mizuho. At the end of the day the guy Hiro believed to have killed actually lived and he has a problem with his legs but he forgives Hiro and says he was a ass back then and has changed so Hiro doesn't have to feel guilty. Story ends with Narumi and Mizuho separating and Mizuho gains a lot of friends however Narumi is still as distant and aloof as ever. A lot of crappy stuff happened to him so he wasn't willing to open himself to anyone even Mizuho. A lot of the reason is Narumi's mother and her horrible parenting skills. In the end we find out that Mizuho's mother was actually getting advise from narumi's mother who is a psychologist about kids issues. This is why we see her Mom to be very controlling.
