Itou-san (KURAKA Sui)
Phenomenal read, 10/10 really pulled at my heartstrings
Kyoushitsu no Yugami
so yeah, it's twisted. bdsm, leaning more towards sadomasochism and exhibitionism plus some minor voyeurism. It's consensual, however it is a teacher student relationship, and the student being in high school is obviously underaged, so age gap, you've been warned. If you're uncomfortable with any of the above, then I don't recommend it. Not my favorite, but i did appreciate it, so I'll give it a 2/5
Sachiiro no one room
I finished this all in one day, and I was crying towards and at the end of this. I know there will be people that say she has stockholm syndrome and the like, but it really wasn't that, and if you read it you should understand that. And as much as I'd like to do give my opinion on all the psychological things, I don't think I will. To me, this story is really strong. I don't think Haru or Sachi, "loved" each other romantically, but I do think there was platonic love. And it was such a ride to be able to read and see them struggle that their relationship wasn't just one of mutual benefit, that they actually did care about the other outside of benefits. Especially when Sachi is able to come to terms with everything, and that allowed us to see her grow out of the deranged person she was becoming, because that was scary. It's a scary feeling when you're not all there and get too caught up in your own head. When she moved on from that, I was really glad, and when she and Haru had that heart to heart after stopping that woman from killing herself, it was good, because it made them both realize the importance they had for each other on another level. Which is why, when Haru made plans to come to her parent's place to basically 'fess up, it was so hard to watch her leave him and just sit there and read how everything does not at all go according to her plan of keeping Haru safe. But even though it was painful, they both got closure, and got to see Sachi grown up. It was a terribly sad read. 10/10
