Spoilers below ↓ Ok first off I read this thinking it was gonna be pure romance between lancer and ravel, turns out it turns into a shit show drama story. This was honestly ass, is it straight ass?? Well, no. But it's still ass. Lancer and ravel were really cute but there was barely any romance between them. Mid story we're introduced to Adler and Ravel's brother who shouldn't have even been in the story because it just made everything extremely messy and there wasn't even the need for their addition. Yeah sure you added them for more dramatic effect but it was way too dramatic to the point where it was just straight up ass. They should've just focused on Lancer and Ravel's relationship rather than adding unnecessary things to the plot. If they were gonna add adler and ravel's brother they could've just made them into the third couple of the story and made it into a three couple story. We start off with a casual slice of life-like story that seemed like slow burn romance to a fucking shit show. How is that supposed to be enjoyable. The ending was also straight up just shit and it didn't even have any side stories. The ending felt so rushed and so bland compared to everything that just happened in the story and it just wasn't good at all. There were so many plot holes and unanswered questions and the plot was just all over the place. Overall I'd give this a 3 star. It's shit but it's not horrifyingly bad, it's just mediocre as fuck. I wouldn't reread this again tbh but I still liked the characters and their correlations to each other and I liked the concept a lot. It was just unfortunate that the concept had to be wasted on a shit story. I still love lancer and ravel and in my head they're out there travelling the world together.

I genuinely loved this so much, it's been a while since I've read a good story tbh Puppy love romance stories like these will always hold a place in my heart. Their main problem was genuinely just because they both liked each other too much and there's a sense of sweetness and sadness to that that you can't really find elsewhere. Sure it might not be everyone's cup of tea but it sure was mine. I'm sad that there wasn't a side story for them though, maybe of them in college or something as adults. I also really liked Yuri and as much as I can see that everyone wanted a side couple story for Yuri, I didn't really get the vibe that it would fit his character tbh. It definitely would have been nice though but I'm not really disappointed as I didn't expect him to have one anyways. Overall, this was great. To me, it couldn't have ended any better tbh. Yeah sure it was abrupt but it was also cute and sweet and it would've made less sense to drag it out imo. I'd definitely reread this.

I genuinely really liked this story, especially because of how well the author describes mental health/mental illness. Jooin and Ye-gyum both hit quite close to home for me. I know the feeling all too well and I'm really amazed by how well the author was able to capture that exact same feeling. The author genuinely knows how to convey the characters feelings and thoughts and that alone is very amazing. The way they described Jooin sinking deeper into his depression and becoming comfortable within his own depression without actually saying it and the way they described Ye-gyum's fear of abandonment and lack of self was seriously really good. The portrayal of toxic relationships was also very good. This author knows how to write a good story.

Hmm honestly this wasn't bad or anything, it was just alright tbh It was like half interesting, half boring to me but overall it wasn't a bad read. I wouldn't reread this but it wasn't bad. It just felt kind of bland, it lacked a few things to me.
