Complete | NATSUNO Yuzo | 2018 released

Omg after like 4 years of waiting (and forgetting) I finally finished the manga. Art: Its so gorgeous. All the characters look really pretty, even the characters that only show up for like 1 panel. Although there isn't a lot of variety in the visuals, all the characters being so easy on the eyes make up for it. World building: It was a bit confusing at first since I thought that he would try to mate with an omega. But instead he went for something else, a rare spices. That's when I realize that this isn't an omega verse since there aren't any omegas. This is a beast world which consist of the rare, alphas, betas, and the aberrant. They also have different life spans, beta 10 years, alpha 50 years, rare species 120 years, and aberrant 5 years. But the alphas need to eat betas once in a while to live. But it looks like the world have them so easily mingle with each other. Why? Because betas have the urge to mate with the higher ranks? I get that but what about their instincts to survive? Wouldn't they want to live in another different society from the alphas, instead of trying to find a mate but instead end up eaten? IDK the world building seems weird to be but the ranking system seems cool. Story line: The first volume was decent. The only thing I wished was that the snake had more action, since it seems like he is a side character instead of one of the main 3. The second volume was when I started to get confused. This volume will finally focus on the snake. After attacking the wolf and snake, the rabbit woke up to normal food being brought to him. Who brought him the food? THE FRICKEN SNAKE AND WOLF. After the rabbit tried to kill them?!?! Man! Like why are they acting so kindly to the beast that was going to eat them?! Even saying they will help him fix his need to eat alphas. This whole time the wolf is still smitten by the rabbit although it seemed like he gave up on him after he saved the snake from the rabbit the first time. During the second and third volume the rabbit and wolf relationship seems to take the backseat and focused on the snake's rare species and his relationship with the wolf. So it was so out of the blue to me when we were told that the wolf was smothering the snake in his scent. I didn't even think the rabbit would allow that! And then the ending got really crazy. The snake was running away out of love, the wolf took him back but then rejected him, and at that moment the rabbit goes on an eating rampage, killing the alpha students. The conclusion was that the wolf gave the rabbit one of his eyes to be by his side and so they became an official couple, even having a child. For the snake? He was friend zoned, man he couldn't even leave so that he could be away from the wolf, even if he left for the wolf in the first place. Its really crazy and wild. At first I thought that it was just another romance with a bit of dark aspects. Who knew that it would be mostly so wild till the end. There were times that I thought that he was going to fall in love with the snake. Then with all the deaths I didn't think that there would be a happy ending. But somehow there was a happy ending?, he did end up with the rabbit and they even have a child together... I still can't wrap my head around this.
