The story was so short and pointless I could tell the whole story in 3 sentences. Gets to he's apartment and almost got gang raped by other tenents. He was saved by a neighbor and was almost fucked by another. They both set up a welcoming party for him, but it is actually to fuck him. The story ended as soon as they got their dicks in him. They could have done something more with the story, it seems more like a prologe so there isn't really anything to rate.

Good drawing but the story development was not good. They don't explain why the dad randomly ran away. How the MC stayed afloat up till then, and how the MC and the dad got back together and even share a bank account. Then there is also the contract that they made, who puts sexual needs into a regular housemaid service and even do the deed at that moment. I'm sure the MC could have done something about it even if he is still stuck in the contract somehow.
