Good concept, dull execution. The idea of a LEGENDARY hero picking up and raising a demon baby and future hero could be a fun, heartwarming, and good story but I feel like this story just… undefines so much and skips over interesting points or questions. It’d be interesting if we saw how legendary this guy is through his actions and more of his personality. It’d be intriguing if the plot of “who left the babies here” was picked up and questioned more. Maybe some moments where the guy freaks out a little about the demon baby showing her powers for the first time and wondering if he’s doing the right thing as a hero. Maybe an interesting political intrigue story arc could be tied up in here. Idk, I even otome isekai tend to do “I picked up and raised the villain” stories better. However, maybe the writer just wants to have fun writing without putting too much thought into everything and that’s okay too, this story isn’t completely bad.
