i cried .
people in rhw comment section dont understand at all. no sympathy for sympathetic characters. ofc its difficult when the character is a piece of shit that ignores his wife and is unfazed by her death, but he does show his grief.. at rhe end. He also shows his love through his workaholic nature.. his only crime was forgetting why he ever did it in the first place. He got too caught up on the grind. It happens, sometimes people forget, the commenters shoild stop prentending to be perfect humam beings and accept that humans are flawed.
anyways the stpry caught me off gaurd in the beginning.. I really thought this was gomna be some lolita junk.. but that wouldnt really fit the mcs triats so i did suspect the high schooler was his wife. it was beautifully writen afterwards.
