Amadare no Koro
This is such a precious gem in my opinion! I feel that it's underrated, when it's really not to be missed! And this is actually one of those stories where I can't really explain what I felt while reading...you know, it's just that it touched my heart...ahhh such pure and spontaneous feelings of youth! I really like to read stories about puberty and such and I think this is a great story like that! > A story that gives me similar feeling while reading is Shiro No Koro.
Fuyu no Hanashi (Yamada)
[[Complete]] > I liked it, it was cute, but it's a pity that it ended just like that. I understand that it's the author's first attempt at BL, but she could have given it a closure! It's obvious they like each other, but I wanted to see them officially becoming a couple!
Country Diary
((❁)) Countryside-themed sweet story composed of mostly short chapters filled with heart-warming, cordial vibes. I really like how Kurumizawa gives it all his best and is so passionate about trying to grow his own veggies, learning things and such. And Usa is such a capable man, he really can do pretty much anything! I'm so glad Kurumizawa found such a reliable person to help him out and teach him things! They look really good together...it doesn't matter if it's romantic or not, it's such a precious relationship regardless! Btw, it is said it's not yaoi and that's true, but we can surely say it's BL Subtext...at least for me! At the end, they even live together and they changed the way they call each other (Giichi-kun and Jun-san) meaning that they got even closer, so I'm really content with it, even if it's a sort of subtly hinted relationship. > Reading this kind of stories makes one see the beauty in the simple, little things of everyday life! Such an enjoyable, relaxing reading! It soothes my heart! Also, I love countryside settings and old houses, so I loved every detail of this story and how it covered the four seasons: it was so nice to see the natural landscape in all its forms from spring to winter! - A TRUE GEM!! I'd say a slice-of-life masterpiece!

"And so now...the two of us walk over the snow, feeling a modest amount of happiness".
Almost Paradise
(()) Collection of three stories: • Ch. 1 (1.1,1.2,1.3), 4.5 Almost Paradise - Art Teacher x Middle-school Student (in Hokkaido) // Reunion after 10 years when the student is an adult too (in Tokyo) // Older Uke // Glasses-Wearing Uke • Ch. 2 Café Winterreise - Set in Germany (Berlin) // Cafè Owner // Half-Japanese Half-German x Japanese // Gay Uke x Gay Seme // Finding Love Again • Ch. 3-4 Gold, Ash, Dark Green / Looking at the Night Sky while Waiting - Historical Fantasy // Supernatural // Village // European Ambience // Long-Haired Seme // Cute Uke // Mage / Doctor x Wolf turned into human / later he'll be the Mage's Apprentice (The young wolf fell into a bear-trap and even his brother couldn't release him from it. Since it happened on a full-moon night, luckily through magic he could be turned into human by the pack's leader in order to escape from the trap. Then the brother was told to find the village's mage and seek his help for the wounded boy). > I think the title story is a "student x teacher" gem! I really liked it and it's without a doubt my favourite in this collection, but the other two stories were good too! In particular, for the second story I'd have liked to read a continuation (and I'd have liked to see them getting intimate)! And the third one is a kind of story I love, so I really liked it as well!
