[Edit: 2022-03-31] So, I actually had read this back in the days and I re-read it now because I came across "Seikimatsu Prime Minister" that is the prequel of Yuigon. Honestly, after reading both, I don't get why the author would go and make this kind of sequel. The part regarding Sai and Matsumoto is good and in fact it's the only thing that I liked! I'm so glad that in the end they ended up together. At least they got their happy ending! But I didn't like the main part regarding Kanata and Ryouichi (ch. 1-4). First of all, it's actually not really a sequel, but more like an expansion of the part where the prime minister's bodyguard, who is secretly in love with him, is shot protecting him and is unconscious at the hospital as we see in the prequel. In Yuigon, the author showed us that while he was there unconscious he dreams about the past and so we see when they met back in high school and how Ryouichi fell in love with Kanata. We see about their friendship and how they found solace in each other after finding out that they both shared the similar circumstance of being raped by a man. > If one read only this, it may seem like a sad but realistic and maybe even touching BL about repressed|unexpressed unrequited love and the serious issues of (child) rape and trauma (even though towards the end it was rushed and quickly came to an end). However, after reading the main story, going back then to this sequel, I think this simply adds more frustration to the one the main story already gives! And I don't know why the author had to make both of their circumstances so dark with both of them actually being rape victims. She really gave us the final blow with all the flashbacks of the time when Ryouichi fell in love with Kanata back in high school, as the title of the chapters "Memories of when we met" already suggests, giving us even more sad feelings about all this story. It made me even more frustrated and disappointed! So yeah i don't really get the point of making Yuigon (except for the extra which provides an epilogue to the Sai x Matsumoto part)! [[Track and Field theme]] I think it started out great, I really liked it at the beginning and I enjoyed it for all the first volume, but then it went downhill. The second volume was kinda disappointing. I mean, regarding the sports theme, it was fine. However, the plot, which didn't offer anything new anyway, was not much to my liking in the second volume, with things that I generally find annoying, like for example: the seme's senpai entering the story (already at the end of vol. 1) and the uke getting jealous; the seme asking the uke to take a break; then the seme's senpai confessing once more the the seme; and the seme's friend, also in the track and field team, asking the uke to go out with him and even kissing him. At this point, it would have been better if the mangaka included in the second volume a story for another couple instead, like for example the teacher and the team's captain, or invent some other couple out of all the members of the team. It's a pity, because it could have been a good sports series with multiple couples! Anyway, overall let's say I liked it, but it was not interesting or exciting to read. It was an ok story. A bit bland for me. It wasn't one of those stories that leave you with that satisfying feeling after reading...

Personally I loved it!

"Cho Taehyun is like the wind. A wind I can't read. A noise I can't ignore. Things got out of control ever since I got involved with him". ☚☛ Loved it! The kind of teen|coming of age BL that I love to read! Personally, I think it's a masterpiece, because it was truly beautiful!! I liked the characters and their thoughts, their interaction and dynamics, the developments of their relationship. Also, I really liked how the story was written and its structure. I loved all the emotions felt by the characters and I especially liked the words used to convey these emotions of theirs. It was so well-written! Especially towards the end, it was so emotionally intense, a swirl of emotions that kept me on the edge of my seat eagerly wanting to reach the end...and then the final chapters finally came...and it was so sweet...man, it had me smiling all on my own while anticipating for those two to finally get together! Ch. 28 was so beautiful!! I admit that I would have loved if it was more than shounen ai, especially because the author said they are thought as a versatile couple and I love to see that, but it was truly so good that I'm satisfied regardless! Loved this so much! Adapted to KDrama
