After having been apart from his older brother for 10 years, Michiru returnes to Japan to live with his brother, but this reunion brings back certain memories from the past... >> To be honest, I wish it didn't end like that! Sensei could have done much more...I mean, it's a waste to stop there! I loved this story and all the related ones about those hot & sexy shape-shifters, but I needed more, seriously!!┗( T﹏T )┛ Anyway, aside from my frustration, it's a great story ♡ After all, we're talking about the best series about werecats! Crush on You
"Will you be my band-aid?" - Seriously, they are so cute!!! (≧∀≦) This manhwa is such a nice reading, a masterpiece for me!! Right pace and interesting characters that, through love triangles and more serious issues, try to understand what love really is. And the cool thing is that this story has both BL and Shoujo elements: it was interesting also the development of the heterosexual couple.
KareKano
20th Century // School Life // Slice of Life // Romance // Change in art style // Character Growth // Rivals Become Lovers // False Personality // Family Drama // Hidden tragic past // Multiple couples // Pregnancy // Time Skip ((*..*)) TBH, I found the beginning very boring. I had a hard time reading it, but later it gets a lot better with the progressing of the story and when new characters are introduced. I loved step-siblings Tsubasa and Kazuma, so adorable!! That's why I began to enjoy the reading around ch 50 (ch 48-57, approximately), when there is the development of their relationship! From ch 59, the story goes back to the main couple and finally it becomes more interesting and mature; it goes much more in depth, dealing with more serious issues and all the family drama. Maybe it's not a story I'd re-read, but overall it's good! Adapted to Anime - I think the beginning is funnier to watch in the anime, rather than in the manga, where it seemed boring to me, as I said...

Never Understand
NEVER UNDERSTAND / OUT OF CONTROL - At first, the story didn't seem much impressive and it reminded me way too much of Aitsu no Daihonmei. But the thing is that I couldn't stop reading. Seriously, I was completely hooked! TBH, the art was a problem as well at first, but, as I got used to it, I actually liked it more and more! >> Such a nice school life romcom~♡ It was so cute and funny! Actually, there was also a dark side of the story, as serious issues like bullying, discrimination, prejudice, trauma, etc. played a big part, but I liked how the author represented them and made a good mix of drama and romance. At a certain point, the story became so emotional: there were all kinds of emotions!! Overall, it's a cool and interesting story. Imo, it's totally worth reading it! 『 It was entertaining to follow the multiple romances: • Jaerim x Yuri (Main couple): ugly uke x popular seme // freckles // stubborn, determined uke // handsome seme // dead parents // trauma // bullying • Dohoon x Yumin: childhood friends // bully x otaku • Kang x Dunno: former president x former vice-president ➸ I wanted to see more of these two! • Heeno x Aerak: archery // mole // narcissistic, persistent seme // ex-fat uke // bullying 』 • Ch 83 side story of Dohoon x Yumin • Ch 84-85 side story of Heeno x Aerak > Spin-off: Incorrigible (Story of Cho Ayeon and his path to redemption).
Orange Marmalade
Vampire x Human + Slow Romance - I loved Orange Marmalade, not only because I liked the romance, but also the plot and the supportive characters. Well, the story is actually bittersweet, with all the bullying, Ma Ri's attempted suicide, Jae Min's traumatic past etc., but it's also funny, so I enjoyed reading it. Of course, Jung Jae Min and Baek Ma Ri are such an adorable couple: I really liked their interaction, especially at the beginning...it was so funny that embarassing scene on the train (*≧▽≦)ノシ)) [Containing spoilers] But I have to say that I really wanted to punch Jae Min when he called Ma Ri a disgusting blood-sucking monster! Geez, I thought that she was worried for nothing because he'd accept her without a doubt, but the twist of fate wanted that he actually hated vampires because his mother abandoned him to be with a vampire! That changed everything...arghh I didn't expect that! He resented her mother for that, but he fell in love with a vampire himself without knowing! And he found out about Ma Ri being a vampire in such a bad way! I was so sad for our cute Ma Ri, how Jae Min's words hurt her...they got me worried, but then he finally accepted her and it was a happy ending!! I also liked whitie, Han Sihoo: I thought he was cool when he helped Ma Ri and dealt with blondie, Jo Ah Ra, but also when he punched Jae Min and spoke to him (๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧ The only problem is that at the end his relationship with Chaerin seemed a bit off...I mean, after he treated her like that and after what she did as a consequence (btw she didn't even apologize for what she did to Ma Ri), he ended up with her just like that!? That didn't make any sense. He didn't love her, but it seemed as if he decided to keep that burden! I think he deserved a better ending, as he was a relevant character in the story. And the ending surely seemed rushed...that's why I'm not a fan of time skip. Anyway, overall I think it's a really good story. I really liked it and it was different from other cliché vampire stories. In fact, despite the core is discrimination against vampires, the story conveys a more general message alluding to our society, as it portrays harsh aspects of real life such as bullying, prejudice, racism etc.
Alice (kim Dong-hoon)
"Alice is a disease of the mind, caused by a traumatic experience, that eventually shuts down all bodily functions" - Unique and interesting oneshot with impressive story-telling and brilliant plot twist! [Spoiler] In my understanding, the one suffering from Alice is Dr. Arlem from the very beginning. What we see is his dream, in which he tries to change what happened in the past: his girlfriend tried to talk to him about the fact that she was pregnant, but he didn't listen to her/made her have an abortion. After that, she probably committed suicide. So we come to understand why he got Alice and what was the cause of his trauma. In the dream his girlfriend got Alice, but he's the one who was actually ill. He was denying reality and to escape it, he created his own dream. At the very end of the story, he dies...
