I loved everything about it! Well, first of all, I'm always weak when it comes to age gap, older seme stories, especially high-school student x adult, so I already loved it from the very beginning and this is one of the very best age-gap BL in my opinion. But really there's also so much more to this story!! I appreciated the plot (the interesting title already hints what it is about, but I was so excited to read and see for myself!) and I loved the characters and their interaction. I fell so in love with this couple! The pace and the development of their relationship felt so right, it was simply perfect. Also, I found it so cute how the "old man" Meguru was actually Kei's first crush that he had developed while taliking with Meguru's mother without even knowing him in person. And then, thinking back to the first pages to their first meeting when Meguru becomes his new neighbor, the expression Kei had when he asked if he was Sacchan's son...ahhh such pure feelings that gave this innocent, heart-warming vibe to a story that basically deals with serious issues about sexuality and parent's acceptance, approval, way to relate with their son. About this, it was interesting to see the portrayal of the different reactions and approaches of the two mothers to their sons sexuality. Anyway, this gem totally met the expectations I had! So I totally want to recommend this story that is without a doubt a must read!

≪•..•≫ Story of childhood friends Touma and Takaya - A true gem! I totally loved this story! Somehow it felt like a story from which we can learn something...I appreciated the points of view on things offered by the author and I really liked the family acceptance of a gay relationship, in particular Takaya's dad was so cool! That's how every story should end! Seriously, that's how it is supposed to be. Anyway, I also loved Yone-senpai and Ao's story. I liked their first meeting and the type of relationship. That's totally my type of story and somehow I'm always captivated by a character like Ao! I loved it when he said: "Fine, I'll think about it but...I'll beat the shit out of you if you run away with my heart." # Half-Japanese, Half-German Uke (Touma)

Great psychological BL story! - For someone it may be shocking, disturbing, scary indeed because of the heavy subject Harada-sensei chose for this story...but just let me say that I don't regret reading it and, on the contrary, I'm glad I read it till the end! That's an extremely delicate and dangerous topic to venture into, but sensei was surely brave and, more importantly, had the capabilities to handle such serious heavy issues, and the result was a so well-written story! It was heavy but deep and interesting, especially when the story reached its final part in the last chapters and Nii-chan(Kei)'s past was revealed. So yeah, I think it's a well-executed story and I found interesting the whole psychological aspect. Sensei's stories may be dark, twisted, messed-up, but they really always manage to intrigue you to read them and keep your attention!

≪••≫ Heart-warming - One of the best stories by Kawai Touko, if not the very best! 》Salesman Haruna has to make a contract with the owner of Nakagawa brewery, but that grandpa is not in the least interested and continues to reject his offers. Case has it that he meets the owner's grandson and it is love at first sight for him, so now he's even more determined to persuade not only the grandpa but also the grandson! (๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧ 》A persistent uke can be annoying at times, but Haruna was so cute that he won me over! I liked how he went like a train to chase his prey without hesitation. And what made the difference is that he did it in a super adorable way and he was so honest with his feelings that he didn't bothered me at all! The seme was a quite interesting character too, so I have nothing to complain about this story: 5 stars!!

The title which means "The Temperature of the Porcupine" is interesting...I'm truly intrigued by this story!

I just hope for Kikuchi to be happy...that's all I ask for!
