Portrait (natsume Kazuki)
"For me, a portrait is kinda like a confession" - "You could say that a photographer tells the story of his love with his photographs. And, when you process the film, the portrait is only that person". > Perfect ending! So sweet!

Fellow students Shirogane, Aotsuka and Kurosawa are in the same predicament. Too bad sensei's works are discontinued or on hiatus...
Kimi wa Natsu no Naka
"For me, Wataru, you were always a part of a bright, blue summer" (()) Nagisa Furuya's masterpiece! - One of the best Shounen Ai! Such a beautiful story of pure, youthful love in a relaxing school-life summery setting! > I already knew that the little lost girl mentioned by Wataru was Chiharu, but reading about it in ch. 5 through Saeki's letter really made the story even more precious and special! It makes you realize how deep-rooted Saeki's love is and then, thinking about the previous chapters, you see how much every little thing Wataru said meant to him! I can only be amazed by such genuine feelings! By the way, it's amazing how they met again in high school! It's certainly because of fate! But then Saeki also wanted to talk to Wataru and it's so sweet how, as he revealed in ch. 5.5, their "chance encounter" was actually him trying to catch the opportunity to do so! I'm so glad his feelings were requited. > "...After making me fall in love with you, you were going to just disappear? I would never forgive you for that" - I loved Wataru and all the things he said when he found Saeki...Sensei's confession scenes are always truly great! "The sea at the end of summer was a little chilly...but our hands were as hot as the height of summer". > Related Series: 1 Kimi wa Natsu no Naka 2 Kimi wa Natsu no Naka dj - Akane no Koro 3 Kimi to Natsu no Naka

Running On Empty
Attempted Suicide // Kidnapping // Stockholm Syndrome // Lima Syndrome // Opposites Attract // Photography // Runaway Han Soo-Bum wanted to take his own life, but instead he's kidnapped by Lee Hyuk Soo, a guy who is falsely accused of murder. The guy takes him as hostage to escape: thus, begins a crazy, but amazing, journey! - I really liked this story, in particular how the two became closer to each other as they spent more time together. It's a full color manhwa with great art and photographic elements, predominant throughout the story: those photos were so beautiful! Moreover, I think that journey was so meaningful. In fact, the story isn't so focused on the characters' backgrounds, the Yakuza background, how the real culprit was caught etc., but rather on the journey, exactly because it's metaphorical: I think the point is that you never know...something unexpected could happen at any moment and change your life! Like our Han Soo-Bum, who wanted to die, but then he was pulled in that unique journey, which changed his view about things! The same goes for Lee Hyuk Soo: that meeting with Han Soo-Bum and their journey together changed him. At this point I'd say it's fate that brought them together! I felt so good after reading this, totally recommended!
The Two Lions
Man, I really need more of them!! I loved this story and the way their relationship was built up! But it's only the beginning...I totally wanted to see their dating phase! Sensei, I wanted a sequel! Anyway, apart from my greedy self, it was really nice to read...as always, I love sensei's heart-warming shounen ai stories!
Hoshi Dake Ga Shitteru
Cafè Owner (27) x Uni Student (20) // Straight Uke x Bisexual Seme .✲୧୨✲. Another amazing slow burn Shounen Ai by Furuya Nagisa! I really liked how they met (I love chance encounter stories, because once you see them falling in love, it feels like that was actually a fateful encounter!) and the development of their relationship. In particular, it was great how in ch. 6 they were in the exact same place where they met and it was the same situation but reversed...that showed their progress...thinking about their first meeting and how Kengo-san kissed him when he saw him crying...and then how much Sora-kun's feelings developed, bringing him to the point that this time he was the one who kissed Kengo-san! I loved that parallelism, it was so well-thought! From their first encounter to the end, it was so romantic and so sweet ♡ At first, Sora-kun felt like he lost everything, but that doesn't seem to be the case at all! Hehe ;)
Ichi Ni no San!
A gem! - Tbh, Choco's personality was not really my type...but the story was so cute and it had that essence of youth that I love! Also, all that comical, caotic aspect together with that shounen-like art style gave to the story and the characters a unique touch! So, I really appreciated it and in the end it's one of my fav BL!
