«✾(())✾» Akira (1982) by Otomo Katsuhiro - The timeless legendary classic award-winning masterpiece that inspired many works of its genre. Simply unique, breathtaking and mindblowing...reading this was a journey full of emotions! The plot, the setting and its visuals, the characters, the art...everything was perfect! Highly recommended, TOTALLY A MUST READ! No other words needed! And I actually don't need to write anything else to remind myself of this story, because it's truly unforgettable! Its essence and what I felt while reading it will always remain in my memory. The anime movie, a landmark in Japanese animation, is also great (a timeless favourite of mine and one of the best ever imo), but I also think it's just a taste of Akira. As a lot of things were left out (a great deal of the story actually) and others a little changed (not just in terms of storyline but also some characters and the parts they played in the course of the story), the development and some parts of the story are different. So, to experience Akira at its fullest, the manga is essential. Adapted to Live-action Movie - available at kissasian Maybe this is a story that may not be everyone's cup of tea...first of all, because of the art. In that case, I think it's still worth trying to read till the end. But then I guess it also depends if the story itself suits one's personal tastes. So, what I can say is that I recommend it especially to those like me who like old manga and turbulent, angsty teen romances / coming of age stories. Turbulent and angsty yes, but that are so good and pure after all. But really, for me it's a great story and I truly liked it. I worried together with the characters, but in the end I got a smile on my face and I felt hopeful. I think it's a story that can convey raw, real feelings that at first may seem depressing, desperate but that in the end truly touch your heart. That's why I'd actually like to recommend it to everyone, after all. Personally, I loved the movie as well. - "Our road extends much further than this" -

➸ Hairstylist x Ex-gang Member Sequel to Nirameba Koi. Story of the big brother I loved their past, when they were still in the gang: I like stories with bikers, gangs, motorbikes. This was a great riding xD I could almost feel the wind through their hair when they rode at full speed haha Anyways, I loved how they met and how the uke was captivated by the charismatic leader of the motorcycle gang...who wouldn't be captivated by that hot seme? Who wouldn't want to ride on his backseat?ヾ(´▽｀✿)ゝ

"Before I knew it, my head was full of that guy". ☚୧୨☛ I love this couple! I know there was infidelity...in real life I hate cheating bastards and I initially felt bad for Honami. But I can't help it, I think Shouji and Terumi are such a charismatic couple and they totally suit each other. After Joe and Otoji, they are my second favourite couple by Sadahiro Mika. And actually the whole situation was enticing. Just thinking about that hot kiss at the beach and the first times they met, I can forget evetything else. They are so good together and they even made such a cool tattoo...true love~♡ And, by the way, I'm glad that Honami also found a cool boyfriend in the end!

Student x Student // Different Courses > I think I can pretty much guess what happened before to Ume, about his situation, but still to stop at such a point! Man, I really hope sensei will be able to continue with this story as well, because I'm so totally in love with this!! There are so many weaknesses of mine here, from setting, characters and their interaction, to the pace of the story, so I'm so hooked and I'm eager to see the development of their relationship!

I'm in love with sensei's distinctive art-style, the so called neo-'80s / neoclassic style! As a fan of old BL, I love the vibe of sensei's stories! And this one in particular seems to have also an interesting plot!
