➸ Yakuza x Bartender ~~ Crossover Love: a cocktail made for just one person!! Awww so sweet!! A yakuza and a bartender: even though they share the night life, they are two types of people that normally would never get deeply involved with each other. Their paths intersect, they mix completely, yet don't become a different color. Just like crossover love, a cocktail with shades of color from deep blue to bright orange: night and morning, black and crimson, completely different worlds intersect. It's so touching that he made this cocktail thinking about his beloved and putting all his emotions in doing this. But, why did you cut your sexy hair, Daiki?? I'm not gonna lie...I read this story because the title caught my attention, but I have to say the art by Wang Yi is superb!! No plot though...

-I liked the last story-

"Kinaga's act of kindness and friendship is repaid in the most unexpected way" - So unique this oneshot! Apparently, it seems a story of rape and blackmail, but that's not really the case: as pieces are put together through flashbacks, everything becomes clear. I love how the mangaka structured the story to make it seem like that, but then it wasn't really what it seemed! My view of the story changed completely. [SPOILER] Hazaki turns out to be such a baka seme who didn't know how to express his feelings for his friend Kinaga. He was so desperate that he decided to take him by force...so, basically, that was his way to confess (¯∇¯٥) That still counts as rape, but Kinaga loves him too, as one can understand from some clues, like when he warned Hazaki about Nakagawa being discharged from hospital and wanting to kill him! The fact that they actually love each other changes everything! It starts in a cruel way, but it ends well. And there are some little but significant details, like the message Hazaki sent to Kinaga: he sent that message after he was stabbed, when he thought he might die...he actually sent it and then deleted it from his phone before calling for an ambulance!! Crazy!! It's also important to notice that that message was a draft, so that means he had already prepared it some time before, but he didn't sent it. In fact, he thought that sending it meant everything would be over! "Everything is over now" - so desperate indeed. I loved how the mangaka made Kinaga realize that Hazaki loved him for real by watching the video! Then, all things made sense to him and he said: "You're such an idiot, bastard..." ➤ This oneshot is included in Stroboscope, ch 4.
