While I was reading this, my inner fujoshi self whispered all the time Frau x Teito, and it would have been really a dream, but apart from my obsession, this is a genial work, a masterpiece indeed. A gothic fantasy with an amazing plot, cool characters and it was a journey full of emotions: there is so much wisdom in this manga and it really touched me. And it's also one of the best stories with bromance: I love the beautiful deep bond between Teito and Frau, their meeting is fated and everything happens for a reason. Even if some things may be predictable, 07-Ghost is unique!

Personally I'm not much into this kind of plot, more specifically into the dead protagonist trope: personally, I'd have preferred if Scarlet was an actual protagonist of the story in flesh and bones, not in ghost form wanting to act her revenge through the cooperation of the other female lead here, Connie.
