Darlin', Iikagen ni Shiya Gare
Kokoro: "Next time may I be on top?" - Seriously, why do authors always tease us like this? XD Anyway, it was such a cute reading! How romantic that the uke went to Japan also hoping to find a precious partner just like it happened to his father! I'm so glad he found a sweet and capable guy like Haiji...they're so cute together! # Half-Japanese Half-Italian Uke (18) x Japanese Seme (20), Seme with partially blonde-dyed hair (Bi-color Hair)
Okaeri Aureole
≪❦❦≫ This is rare gem! The thing is there's not a final kiss scene, and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't looking forward to it, but the story was truly perfect regardless...a masterpiece for me! I loved the characters' interaction and the pace of the story and I grew fond of the art-style as well! It was a precious reading! I really hope to read future BL works of this author! #Time Progression, Divorced Parents, Dysfunctional Family, Unrequited Love Becomes Requited, Time Skip In Final Chapter / Epilogue, Seme with blonde-dyed hair
Real not equal game root
# Uke with bangs dyed of mint green and white (Multi-color hair)
The Two Lions
Man, I really need more of them!! I loved this story and the way their relationship was built up! But it's only the beginning...I totally wanted to see their dating phase! Sensei, I wanted a sequel! Anyway, apart from my greedy self, it was really nice to read...as always, I love sensei's heart-warming shounen ai stories!
Bokura ni Namae wo Tsukerunara
# Seme with Red-dyed Hair, Gay Uke x Straight Seme (at the beginning of the story, he's already in love with his brother, but in ch. 7 we see that before falling for him he was originally straight)
Natsu ni Mebuku wa Koi no Oto
Adapted from: Ao ni Tokeru wa Haru no Nioi (not scanlated) - It's the story of Kimura's friend, Koike. I really hope to read it!
Shounen Wa Asu Wo Korosu
"In that moment his gaze clashed with mine...I wanted the bastard more than ever!" ☚୧୨☛ Man, I loved this, how they were like cat and dog but there was this tension in the air, I could totally feel it, how they were already attracted to each other! Like sensei said, they don't cling to each other, but they appreciate each other's individuality. Like her, I also think that type of relationship is great...It's the type of relationship I like the most in BL! Their interaction is certainly one of the things I loved the most of this story! And I also liked how in general it was about being teenagers, like through the words of the teachers, the parents, or when Kei talked a bit with that teacher on the roof...I could feel I was really reading about actual teen guys, also through the way the characters behaved. All of this, in the attractive manly style of Ishihara Satoru! She's really one of my favourite authors, because she makes the type of BL I love to read! 5 stars for this one! > Oneshots included: • Ch. 6 My Caged Beast - Yakuza // Tattoo // A mad dog going on a rampage - I'm fine with open endings, but this was too open...I think for this story a continuation was necessary! • Ch. 7 Indigo Blue - Drug Trafficking // Tattoos - Ahhh my heart, what a bittersweet ending! But it was interesting. I liked the plot and the characters!
Ani To Wa Koinaka Nandesu Ga.
Collection of two stories: • Ch. 1-3 I don't know my brother / I have a love relationship with my brother - Sui's beloved step-brother Shinichirou, who moved out when he started college, returned home after a little more than a year, but now his appearance is different from before: yakuza-like, dyed hair, ear piercings and even a tattoo!? Also, about a year ago, he dropped out from college. To sum it up, he looks like a different person! >> Wah~ We have pure and genuine feelings here! I really liked the beginning, how they interacted right after their reunion and the pleasant, slow pace of the story. But, regarding the plot, I think at first it started good, but then it went downhill and became kinda random and not really interesting, especially in the third chapter with that new friend from school coming into the picture out of nowhere. Overall it was still a nice and enjoyable step-brothers story to read, but, while it was cute, it was also kinda bland. Also, it felt more like shounen ai than yaoi. Anyway, siblings' reunions always leave me with positive feelings: they can be cool, touching etc. In this case, it was so sweet and heartwarming~ [Spoiler / Note for me] The big bro wanted to be a cop but, being color blind, he had to give up his dream and, to remind himself that it was really impossible, he even got a tattoo. • Ch. 4-5 The novelist's love is troublesome / The novelist's boyfriend is troublesome - Novelist // Gay Uke // Friends become Lovers // Adult Couple // Straight Seme (First time with a guy)
Here and There and Us
I really liked this! First of all, I really like this author's art style! And I liked the plot of this story. I think the pace was great, because instead of making everything rushed, here I could really feel the progressing of the story. The only thing that made me give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that at some point towards the end I wanted to see a bit of physical contact, to see them getting intimate, you know. But nothing literally happened between them. Then, we see after the time skip that they finally got together in uni after Sonoki sent him the letter containing his confession, that he had realized his feelings for Majima, and now they've moved in together! Well, better a few years later than never. And about that, it felt more realistic like that. What I'm saying is that, while I was happy that they got together then, it left me a bit unsatisfied / frustrated, because I wanted to see the moment they got together, the action of "friends becoming lovers", the start of their relationship, their first kiss and such! Especially after their high-school days ended in such a bittersweet way with the two not seeing each other anymore after graduation day! So, I really wanted to see the moment they finally got together! Having said that, it's a really good story! >>> THANKFULLY, four years after Achira Kochira Bokura came out, the author made a sequel called "Achira Kochira Bokura (no, Are kara to Kore kara)" containing those parts that happened off page and that I wanted to see, from Sonoki's confession to them getting together etc. It's not scanlated yet though. I really hope to read it!
