The story has a nice comic vibe but tries too hard on the dark side of the backstory and ultimately fails. The FL character is doormat emotionally and her raison d'etre is to just be tgere for ml and accept him no matter what. Like the reveal in chapter 49 was pretty big and she was still "so what, I'm gonna stick around like nothing ever happened. Which doesn't really help the bratty ml grow up and mature. She just cuddles him and he just receives the cuddles and wallow in self pity. The comedy was good, but that was just about it.
