OMG! so Hemphel and Mir together is actually canon! it subtlety hint in one of the side story, they're holding hand. honestly, i was hoping they are together fr but decided not to get my hopes up bc not many or rather rare for hetero romance manhwa to include lgbt couple. so this is honestly shocking to me that they are not simply 'historian say they were roommates' kind of joke. its been awhile since I've laugh so hard. i love the humor, the art is beautiful, lovable ml and fl. although there are a few things that giving me the frown. (contain spoiler) one, despite it was made in humorous way, i dislike that every person helped by fl instantly fall in love with her. is this how it is irl too? like come on. i=and then unnecessarily made camute jealous while there's not a single female 'rival' on camute side to bring out ranielle jealous side. second, when there's serious dangerous situation, fl reaction always like 'i feel anxious' , 'something doesn't feel right', i don't have a good feeling since a while ago' and so on. there's no effort to figure out the cause, its just an empty sentence to make us reader feeling the unnecessary angst. like i get it, but in the end dangerous things still befall on them. that sentences is overused by fl that even i noticed it making me frowning. third, unnecessary death. why does this always happen in rofan? and in this manhwa its even more stupid. fl jump infront of ml bc its in her instinct to protect him i assume, but then again, if you die, you lover will also die. the fl didn't think of it thoroughly. that part make me smh hard. AND theres another death not long after that 1st death scene. these is starting to make me a bit annoyed. even if you NEED to include death arc, i just wish its was more in a unique or clever way. in the end, this manhwa cannot run away from using cliche plot. all that my complaints above is the use of cliche plot. I'll honest, as much i love the art, humor and main characters, some of these 'conflict' plots need to go. its exhausting and feel like such a waste that the climax of the story using plot like these.

i love the main leads characters design (and other characters too), the art is beautiful. oh also, i think the general store 'owner' that appear in the 'sock moster' aswell as in this, is a self-insert character of the author. bc the author alias is called mr.general store. this is totally a speculation on my part. The romance, there's something about the romance between Bibi and Eiffie that just really good than anything else I've read. Defying fate is the word. I don't want to say much incase its a spoiler. last read: unsure which chapter but the title is 'the village of the plague witch p2'

this is a gem. its not overly long, full with content, no wasted on stupid drama, very flesh out characters that you will get to know eventually and care very deeply about. I also noticed there's alot of care put into each panel drawing and it has meaning (which is true, author describe the intention behind some panel drawing on authors note). I kept thinking if its okay to be categorize as comedy genre (because i am infact laugh a few times, no denying that), BUT the overall story lean more toward the story and the characters rather than the comedic moment, so i guess this can just be listed as 'subtle comedy'. also, best creator note I've ever read. there's alot of important explanation and thought process of the creator that it all seem very useful information and not yapping unimportant stuff. another thing to add, these 2 main characters is sooo unique and the way they express love is very endearing.

what the- what an unusual couple and comedy style. Its very cute I wonder if the translation is correct or are they supposed to talk like that. either way, this is one of those rare occurrence where the weird translation fits the bizarre manga. fascinating.

this is so cute and is actually funny. I find myself chuckle at least once per chapter.

cute, beautiful and satisfying read that I've read in a while. its so wholesome from beginning to end, can you believe it. the art is especially very pretty and most importantly, consistent and the same quality. as to why i mention the art quality is bc most manhua dropped in art quality and effort whenever its almost ending. not all, but most of them. note to self- chapter 76-77, there's someone uploading the uncensored version on batot0 comment section. they said the author had to upload bit and pieces on different site, collecting them one by one. and some special smut extra illustrations if you bought full volume chinese version.
