Part 3 and the last part of this couple (I assume). I haven't read much of this mangaka works. The only works that I've read is this couple only, all the 3 parts. To be completely honest, I skipped this manga and other works of this mangaka, because of the cover art. Yes, I'm one of those who judge the manga based on the cover art first. If the cover did not attract me as much, it took a while for me to get back to it, but eventually will read it if time allowed. This couple arc, I don't know what made me want to read it. The fact that how confusing the volumes arrangements of each couple story is also part of it, its overwhelming. Well eventually I read it anyway. Mind you, only this couple, I don't know shit about the younger brother story whatsoever. My first impression is with the art, it might took awhile to get used to it, but you'll end up liking it. Now, the main point that made me think, this 3 part story of this couple, is very different that any other yaoi out there. (Here on I will be praising very highly of this manga) First, the characters, so well made and developed, the details on their traits, personality, and most of all, their mental state. The pacing, I'll have to point out how IMPORTANT pacing is in a manga or just in a story in general. The way this manga was drawn, and its dialogues, it seems as if it was told in details, like when you were reading a novel where there's emphasis on details. But at the same time, its not words heavy, as in putting the things in novel straight into manga where you will get infodump and people get tired of reading it. This manga is really well balanced in term of their wording dialogues, pacing, not overly dragged on, not the usual overused cliches. Take example of Aikawa, the seme, he's claiming that he is very possesive, obsessed with their partner. We did see him act that way, only a small portion. But most importantly, that part where we thought that he will kill a person or resort to violence, he didn't do that. The fact that this details add very big impact on their character details, not acting in a cliches manner. I can bet that in most BL where the seme is possesive and obsessed, he will lose his rationality and resort to punching the other party (not his partner but the other). This differences in using cliches trope but at the same time the result turn out differently, really made a big impact of the the qualify of this manga. What I like about this couple is that, they're considerate of their partner, they love each other wholeheartedly, its not just about sex, it gives the vibes of a mature couple but at the same time there's a childish teenage love hint as well, they are not toxic, the mangaka make sure to include the existence of other human beings beside them at all time, giving off that the small realism element on the story (typical possesive obsessed seme or uke is toxic most of the time). Its not like where once you're so in love eith each other, other world outside doesn't matter, you treat other people like shit, you're in your own world, have sex anywhere ad everywhere. This manga barely show their bee scene because it seems to focused more on their characters growth. Sheesh, high praised isn't it? I told you.

2nd story (chapter 3-4) is the main highlight, in my opinion. Very hot couple.

My thought after reading the first manga (prequel) and this one: How to describe them. They have a very opposite personality. Which is why its so unique. Ryouhei, its like taming a lion? Ryouhei, he looks like a playboy, which he is, cold, just overall the popular type. Not the friendliest kind. Yuuma, you might argue and said that he's so boring, doesn't have a persolity. Well you are wrong. This is just my kind of uke. He is innocence, but not stupid. Shy, considerate. He is better than any other uke that has too much personality, as in being a tsundere, angry shy all the time and not affection enough with seme. I'mma bout to flip if I read any more BL with angry shy uke as the personality. The prequel, is Ryouhei realizing he doesn't want to let go of Yuuma. While the sequel, reading it is like peeking at a newlyweds, which say alot about them. I'm not used to read a BL that so intimate, so serious, like this. This BL manga is one of a kind, just like Ryouhei once said to Yuuma. Usually, there's a small amount of 'joke', this one, there's none. The drama also not overdone, like its not much. Its also logical for certain characters to act the way they did, such as Yuuma. This manga is not cartoony, if you know what I mean. If you don't, well just read lots of BL manga, and then read this. You will notice the difference between other BL manga to this. I don't usually like yaoi, by that I mean I read lots of yaoi, but not many of them is my fav. Heck sometimes I only read them but not liking it as much. This one however, is my top favourite though.

Must've been the bad luck from Miki.. Joke aside, Big fan. Hitomi Sensei works. All of them. Also, just something I've noticed and its mostly probably only me. Shiro on last chapter reminds me of Mad Mikkelsen while Miki boss looks like Robert Downey Jr.. now then, i don't remember how many times I've read this, maybe 3-5 times? anyway, that's not important. what I'm trying to say is, now that I've reread this again, I'm just realizing that Shiro very much like an AI entity. He gain experience and human interaction from all his previous hosts, he learn it, the way he communicate and response giving off that intelligence machine learning speech. So this story can be very much be like 'an android AI fall in love with a human and eventually gain a soul' if the genre to be sci-fi. its just a lil bit of an interesting take to make him an akasibito instead of an android. another thing to mention is that, there's an official translation and I've read it too, all i can say is that i prefer the fan-translation instead of the official. there's 2 reasons for it, first, Shiro way of speech seems right in fan translation, he sounds formal and AI-like, while in the official he sounds rather casual and human-like, not befitting his 'no-soul' character. 2nd reason, the font that is used in fan translation made it easy for me to differentiate which bubbles speech belong to who, as you might or might not realize sometimes Donoue have different font than Shiro. So yeh, just a fun fact i guess.

Its good and wholesome despite the drama. But I want Ange's story *cries* also i really like the pacing of the story. And the realistic way of how people and society think of their type of relationship. Its not too heavy.
