Get the Heroine's Script
I really like this. Somehow its really different from any other 'historical' genre, I don't know what these type of genre called. Especially the main characters, the shou (uke) is not annoying, not a tsundere. Gong (seme) is not persistent, calming, and even if he does want to pursue, its rather tame flirty way. The slow burn romance. I don't really like refer to main characters as shou or gong, or seme or uke, since they have a name. Its just easy to get my point across because in this case where the BL dynamic is obvious and its the aspect that usually get me going to read most manhua is the type of shou and gong characters they are. What we get usually where the gong is persistent, the shou is tsundere. That's why I like this one quite a lot because the MCs is different that the 'usual'.
Sweet Rendezvous
bro. is this one of those where it will be turned into 1 volume manga? I've seen that happen multiple times already, oneshot become 1 volume. And I think this is the case for this manga also.
Lost in the Cloud
just a heads up for myself. don't read this yet, wait until finished. also, the story very heavy on drama, angsty, heavy topic. it's coming of age, so you know it usually end up messy throughout the whole story but okay after almost the end. the ml is a bit mess up (personality-wise and life circumstances and his past) but slowly getting better. its an enemy to lover trope. very heavy on that one-sided "affection" going on.
God's ID Card
I take a peek on 1 and 2 chapters, will read it once its complete because this seems like cliffhanger type of story. Anyway, not sure if there will be romance between the 2 mc (yet). I even take a look at Djun weibo, there's really no fanart or official art of the 2 mc hinting of them being in BL relationships. Except the brother and the detective. It might be BL, but not with the 2 MC perhaps? Bilibili also didn't mark this as BL..(yet).
Sore Wa Tabun Itoshii Tte Koto
I don't know what is it about this manga, but the flow, pacing, atmosphere, narrative, its all perfect. The more I read it the more fond I felt re reading it again. I remember the first time I read this, I don't particularly think anything of it, I rather found it somewhat a bit boring. But now, I love it too much. Idk, could it be related to age I wonder, I'm getting old afterall maybe that's why? I must say, I primarily prefer shounen-ai when it comes to BL, but this one, I can say its my favourite, a masterpiece, in my opinion. The narrative of the characters especially is amazing, if I have to compare it to other BL manga. I only find this manga special, I don't feel anything on Minaduki sensei other works. Minaduki sensei other works I can say its GOOD, but doesn't give me any particular special feeling. This one is different.
Tonari ni
wow I love it. I really like this kind of slow paced romance. I wish there's more BL like this out there. I've never read any Basso work before, though I do familiar with her non BL work, which is Saraiya Goyou (adapted into anime), her alias is Natsume Ono. Her art style is just really easy to recognize and very memorable. Its unique for a BL art style. Ngl, when I read comment there are people mentioning that they cried, I got a bit scared to start reading it.
Raion Gotoki no Kuni Kara
wow, the art is so good it made everything looks too erotic. Even a thought of Luca becoming bottom crossed my mind when he got a fever. Story wise, its quite alright. Just that Mako seems too chill with everything, maybe its because of his looks. But there's still this 'cliche evil female' in this BL manga. Its not really a huge part but still, I hope any other BL author can at least don't use this too trope too much, it gets tiring.
