Aware na Beta wa Koi wo Shiranai
i rather not read unwholesome Omegaverse, so dropped.
Kimi to janakya koi mo dekinai
they sure blush alot in this manga. The comments sections. well, its 2023, there will be people defend this or oppose to it. Age gap manga will always be in controversy. It is a matter for you to take it seriously or to entertain you. You can argue that this type of 'age gap' genre will always be bad influence on people mind since they might idealize the relationship. I'm not one to judge whether you think this manga is fine or not fine. I unfortunately seen worse BL before, where its blatantly showed that one of the character is underage yet they still keep going. And not to my surprise, there are a decent amount of people defend it. it always the female role (a.k.a uke) who is older pursuing his young child seme. It seems the same on this one. It honestly doesn't matter whether the uke pursuing or not pursuing the seme when he was a child, what matter is the mangaka intention with this age gap character. I will not say anything more, you can think of whatever you want with it. When i find something controversial or taboo, I'll just say 'yeah its just a manga' and go ahead with my day. But I'll always minding it at the back of my mind, as to why the manga industries allow things like this. Especially p3d0philia and questionable age gap. Thinking whether the industries not think of the fact this thing will affect people mind and way of thinking. Sure, I myself will not take it seriously and say its just a manga, but others will think its an okay things and start fantasizing or idealizing such thing. This manga, I personally have no opinion because I pretty much read 1st chapter and decide its not my cup of tea because of the story.
Sayonara Alpha
you can now truly see which people romanticize this kind of thing. I do hope people know what grooming is. Fluff or wholesome, when the age gap is this much, I cannot. I skimmed through, I didn't read it in concentration. so yeah, dropped. omegaverse in itself is already not my fav genre, and then there's this shit.
Hishoka Usagi no Neya
dropped
His highness's allure
I saw the raw. It honestly feels like such a toxic and full on abuse. Its not my thing, so I'll dropped this. Edit: reading the comment section, i did not expect so many people dropped this. I thought people like this kind of thing (toxic possesive and all that shit)? lol why even is this novel get a manhua adaptation tho? the art is pretty, no doubt but such a waste to spend on this danmei. There's many other good danmei out there worth manhua adaptation. Just to list one example, novel by Priest. Some of Priest work has been adapted but not all.
Picked up a delinquent today
okay I'm changing the rating now that rest of the chapters has been released, although there's still volume 3 left...*sigh* the story keep dragging on and onnnn Let's think for a moment, what is the point of the deep storyline? Just so that they have interesting way of meeting with each other? that's all? AND its a heavy topic too. Its about revenge, forgiving meeting new people. The story is no longer interesting when that colored hair MC being so persistent. Its just, what direction is this manga want to do? Its feel useless, everything about it feel useless.
Affectionately
I was DAMN annoyed as soon as this becoming love triangle. heck not even triangle, square or smth 3 fucking ppl in love with this guy that look gloomy. fuck this is not a harem nor BL otome where dude fall for you left and right. shit starting to look sus af and inconsistent. the uke eyebag suddenly lessen and he lost his characteristic. also hate the uke bc he's enjoying this love triangle shit, the lil bro is coming onto him forcefully and uke blushing and shit, god i can't stand this shit. make up your fucking mind. i can't fucking stand spineless character and love triangle. im dropping this.
