Gilles de Rais... GILLES DE RAIS??? Who's the genius who thought it would be a good idea to name one of his characters Gilles de Rais??? I mean, sure, it does sound French. But heu, Gilles de Rais is well known in France for his friendship with Jeanne d'Arc and hmm, let's put it that way: how he went batshit crazy after her death. To be clear, he raped and killed children, mainly boys. Yeah, don't use a name like that in your stories, please.
