Intense(Lee Kyung Ha)
Loved every second of it. Arstyle is amazing, the story is well written. Definitely worth re-reading.
Moon and Sun(Abe Akane)
Masahiro, the son of a yakuza, along with a few friends of his, made a ruckus in a drag place. Little did he know that Hanatarou, his childhood friend happened to work there. The latter gave him and his friends a beating, and kept Masahiro from leaving, as his friends had already fled the scene, Hanatarou and his coworkers are obviously expecting an apology from him, but he refuses and further belittles them. It is then that Hanatarou's master, Tsubaki enters the room and quickly grasps the situation. But Masahiro being too immature and stubborn to know when to apologize, Tsubaki decides to teach him a lesson. ---------- I really liked this pairing's dynamic and the Artstyle. But this manga's pacing felt rushed. Overall I liked it, but it would have felt more natural with a few more chapters, to let the characters get more acquainted to one another, so that it'd feel more natural and less pushed on the reader. In the end, you do feel the chemistry between Masahiro and Tsubaki, but all in all it was too fast paced of a story, so believing that 'they're in love' was pretty difficult for me.
Cover Up
Tattoo artist Geumhwa was invited to meet Seungjae, the stepson of a yakuza family boss to help him cover up the scar on his back. ---------- The Art is also beautiful, and the way the author worked with Geumhwa's ex abusive boyfriend was well done. A pretty simple plot if you actually read it, but it somehow manages to work using cliche intrigues, with the abusive, stalker, possessive, and overall batshit crazy ex (or a friend, depending on said BL's plotlines) who gets an 'eye-opening', it's still a really nice and quick read.
