ch4 its framed in a quirky shy boy funny way but its still clearly sexual assault theres no leeway to even argue dubcon bc ml is obv not into it...! funny bc the 'creepy landlord that lures in men for sexual favours' the author sets up in ch1 and tries to subvert is actually 100% correct lol breaking news he can be pretty AND predatory
