When university student Hinata finds out that his best friend Yuuma is in love, he tries to get a girlfriend so that he could have the experience necessary to help Yuuma get with his crush. The only problem is that Yuuma’s in love with Hinata. This was a cute story, Hinata was a bit dense but still cute. How could he have missed all those signals, and ever misinterpret the kissing and touching. Yuuma is one sexy bastard, I could relate to Hinata’s reluctance to have him stolen. Also I loved the conflict of interest and the bad advice as a result.

This manga includes four stories. The first story follows Azuma Shirou. Azuma has a glasses fetish and for some reason his eyes seem to follow Sorachi Satoshi. This story was so adorable! Sorachi is the cutest damn thing ever. He’s so squishable! I loved how both were so insecure and jealous, it was endearing. The second story follows Minami Kazuhiko as he always seems to stumble upon Sawai being confessed to. He and Sawai have a sexual relationship, which the adorably dense Minami interprets as just Sawai killing time before he gets a girl. Of course his assumption is completely off. The third story is about detective Saegusa Noritaka, who developed a crush on the café worker Nanase Ikumi. And finally, the last story is about Saegusa’s assistant Kirishima. Kirishima has had a crush on his neighbor for eight years. When Shirai Tetsuji is leaving for college, they are unwilling to let go of each other. This manga’s sequel is Wild Darling.

This manga includes two stories. In the first one, Endou is caught by Okumura for sleeping with his wife. As a way to make amends, Endou suggests that Okumura beat him up, instead Okumura slept with him. The quiet and refined Okumura isn’t exactly how he appears. Afterwards they start a company together. A lying, sneaky, manipulative, dominant and sexy uke, I approve. This story had its serious moments and downright hilarious moments. Once the butterfly of the night has you, you’re doomed. Side note: Why aren’t most “dead” past lovers in yaoi actually dead? The other story follows Ritsu, who’s in love with his straight friend that’s in a relationship. He sleeps around and eventually stumbles upon Ikeuchi Hideo and OB GYN doctor who fell in love with him. I didn’t really like Ritsu, he was bratty and not very likeable. STDs are actually a concern in this story. I died at the hospital scene though.

Delinquent Kikusui Kiyouya changed his ways after falling in love with his math teacher Erimoto Hijii. Suddenly Erimoto wants to break up with Kikusui, so to prove that what he’s felling for Erimoto isn’t just lust he makes a deal that they won’t touch for a month. I intensely despised this story mainly because of the uke. Erimoto is the most spineless, wishy washy uke ever! Kikusui stopped getting into fights and started taking his studies seriously because Erimoto was the only person to give a damn about him, yet Erimoto kept hurting him. I irritated with his character. In the second story Fujisawa Yuu moves from Tokyo to a small village. There he meets Nanatsuki Haruki, a guy who will sleep with anyone but only in school. This story was way better than the first one. I liked that Yuu wanted to build a relationship with Haruki.

A collection of oneshots. (1) Popular student Suwa fell in love with Fujisaki, an introverted classmate. (2) Uehara Daisuke receives a love letter from what he thinks is a girl. Instead the person who confessed to him was Aikawa Ruka, his male kohai. I really liked this story, mainly because of Ruka. I liked how he wanted to be friends first, and also how he has a combination of traditionally female pastimes (cooking and sewing), but also “masculine” hobbies like kendo. His room was adorable too. (3) Natsume Ryuuichi has a glasses fetish and has to choose between his otaku coworker (Kuze) and his younger friend (Aya). Battle of the ukes to see who gets the prize. I died after they jumped on him when Natsume was sick. (4) Businessman Kikuchi Yuuma spends all his time working but even so he still messes up. His ex, Haruto, decides to stay for a while with him. Haruto is the cutest things ever. (5) Coworkers Manabe Yoshi and Asano Yukata can’t seem to spend a day together due to work. Feeling disappointed, Asano teases a coworker to get a rise out of Manabe.

(1) Ooe Yuuki and Tomo are supposedly together but Tomo doesn’t really think of them as being in a relationship. He was nasty and dismissive of Yuuki’s feelings. I wanted to slap him with a shovel. Yuuki is an idiot for liking him. (2) Nonomiya Jyun is the manager of the basketball team and is dating Mizusawa Ikuto. Since Jyun is tired of being treated coldly by Ikuto he seeks comfort with the president. Ikuto (asshole #2) is cold and unnecessarily mean to Jyun. (3) After being apart for many years, friends Chiharu and Takuma reunite. This was probably the only decent story of the bunch. Chiharu and Takuma were adorable and overall it was a cute story. (4) Atsushi doesn’t have a regular job so he often crashes at Shigeo’s house. They have been friends since middle school and both had feelings for each other. After Shigeo says some hurtful things, Atsushi stays at a stranger’s house where he’s hurt. While I didn’t hate this story, I didn’t like it either. Yaoi logic: the guy you like is hurt and probably sexually assaulted, let’s assault him too but its okay because I love him.

Collection of steamy oneshots. (1) Student Uehara Yuuji falls in love with his math professor, Tatsukawa You, the only problem is that the professor hates people. After being rejected by the professor 31 times, Yuuji finally wins him over by becoming his dog. (2) Kurosawa is in love with his senpai Eizawa Shun but hasn’t confessed. One morning Shun wakes up as a guinea pig. It turns out senpai was also in love with him and Kurosawa’s guinea pig, Merumo, turned him into a guinea pig so that they could finally get together. That guinea pig was so cute! And this chapter was pretty funny. (3) Tsuruka Asato is the tutor to Misumi Ren and they both fell in love at first sight. The only problem is that they both want to be the seme. I loved how Ren was a wolf in sheep’s clothing, he was going for the kill. (4) Miyamoto Yuzuru is an actor with stage fright so his new manager, Atou Souichirou, has the perfect solution, sexually harassing him and tapping it. (5) Umina Makoto is a perverted loverboy who watches his beloved Mitsurugi Aoi senpai from the window of the chemistry room. To win over his senpai, Umina uses a prototype love potion given to him by the president of the chemistry club. This was my favorite chapter because Umina is so freaking hilarious, the things he said had me dying. (6) Kazuma is in love with his cousin and swim teacher Nogaki Kyousuke. (7) Houyama Riku fell in love with his friend Hoshino Seita. His other friend Shinosaki Eiru helps Riku get some action, and it ends up in a threesome. (8) Isayama Kyouya is in love with his older and married boss. Coworker Nakatsu Ginji caught Isayama in a delicate position and now he forces Isayama to be his toy. He’s actually in love with Isayama.
