I have some mixed feelings about this manga.
I still don't like the mc's ex, he really does not deserve forgiveness for abandoning his partner for years just for someone he just met, even if there were pheromones at play his twin showed us all that if you really, truly love someone you don't abandon them for some person you just met. Also, mc's so-called childhood friend is also a little sus as he only now asks for forgiveness even though it's clear he could have stopped anything from happening between himself and mc's ex by using supresence, getting help, or trying to get away from him. But he is more forgivable as he unlike the mc's ex asks for forgiveness and admits to being wrong in playing a part in the mc's trauma and there are factors to consider, like if he was forcefully marked or not. All in all f@*# mc's ex but props to his now alpha for being the og of this story.
