After the death of his wife, Aoki, a section manager living with his daughter, has a picked up a hobby of baking. He usually distributes his baked sweets among his coworkers who happily accept his offer, except for scary-looking Mizuno, rumored to be from the head office, who always turns down his offer. Just when things became stressful for Aoki, his adolescent daughter has been refusing to eat his baked sweets in order to take care of her weight. Distraught, Aoki leaves the rest of his baked goods for anybody to take. Unexpectedly, Mizuno approaches him and reveals his love for sweets. Aoki invites him over to his house on the weekend and after enjoying his baked sweets, Mizuno proposes to him.
