to matsune, hayato was his key to liberation, I love how this author always manages to create such lively masterpieces, all the characters feel so lively, emotionally mature, the finer small details, not an immediate change from 0-100 but rather subtle change, a gesture, a glance to tell how hayato has fear of losing him, to buy him an ashtray for his sake, to say reassuring words, one of my favs again

this singlehandedly portrayed so much emotion, the author was really successful at making the characters lively with how their eyes don't lie, the slightest touch, the mingling, frustration, I can't wait to see the end
