Uke is a ‘freak’ fox who has nine tails and is being married off to the second born of the leader of wolves. Uke was tasked to kill him to cause chaos but he failed and after the wolf (seme) pounced on him and de cleared him his wife he was chained and seme stayed with him. Seme didn’t touch Uke other and feeding and washing. Seme eventually left him out of chains and Uke started to fall for him. Seme took Uke to see the sun rise over the ocean and they both realized something. Seme decided to let Uke be free and left him. Uke found his way back eventually and was lead to where seme was and found a werewolf. Seme transforms into this monster every full moon. Seme escaped him cage and attacked Uke but Uke accepted it. Once Uke awoke they both realized their feelings and reciprocated them happily. They ran away together and ran into humans and semes mother. They started a new life with them and are happily still married.

Seme is the one to inherit the shrine and was engaged to a girl who ran away (… his cousin… I’ll talk more on it at the end). They need their betrothal to keep their powers for taking to the god of the shrine. The son of the family (Uke) was ‘sent’ to replace his sister and seme was reluctant but they grew close to each other with Uke confessing first and seme slowly realizing his feelings and eventually confessing and even told their parent who accepted it. They are happily together still and continue to support one another. Soooo back to topic THEY are COUSINS. Apparently the family in charge of the fox shrine always marries the girl of the other sooo they away marry their cousin and their son will continue it on and the other will always offer their daughter… gotta love a small gene pool and it only took the older cousin to fall in love with his highschool cousin to end it… the age gap is the minor worry… Anyways the story was alright besides all that.
