The premise was interesting, but somehow, the actual story fell short.

I cried while watching the anime of this. I didn't cry reading the manga, but I probably would have if I didn't try so hard not to cry.

I had a lot of expectations going into this. The premise of the plot was interesting but got boring after a while. Eventually, I had to force feed the manga to myself to finish it.

Had an interesting premise but ended up a generic shounen title. Still had anime tiddies on one of the covers, which was great.

Had a great concept, but became a bore when I had to keep reading. Perfectly average.

Ahh, Death Note. One of the most famous mangas ever created. But if you actually do read it, it gets tiring. Could have definitely been a shorter work. But, this had an amazing concept.

Describes the end of Death Note without any meaningful addition to the work itself.

Very sweet sequel. Read the original and watch the movie. Both amazing.

Somehow I was never able to get into this. The comedy was dry, and even the idea of alchemy was trite at best. But I guess it is popular, so you might want to read it.

I cried. I actually cried at the end of this. And I will read this again, and cry again, I just know it.
