Wow!...I really enjoyed that. When I started reading this I didn't really expect much but what I got was a well thought out and developed story. The character development was A class- loved both leads. Honestly wish there was a sequel- maybe set in the future where beast people and humans now live together but beast people still face discrimination. And the main leads child (preferably a girl) could be the main character. Maybe a high ranking government official still trying to bridge the gap especially as a half-human, half-beast. But if not, the way it ended was bittersweet- it's always difficult to change things but eventually with enough fight and support, it can happen. "I absolutely love this story and how realistically it portrayed the inequality and discrimination of another species."- Defo agree with this comment made by a reveiwer (was edited to make more sense by me). Ahhhhhhh: so I finished reading a similar other story and kept thinking that they were similar. Even the translator hinted at this. I then did some research and discovered that it was a sequel!! I believe it’s based on the male leads son as he has the same surname as the female lead (I don’t think beastmen get surnames). I’ve written more on the sequel comments just didn’t think that in 16 years, nothing would have really changed. Like wow. I was expecting their child to be fighting to get rid of discrimination and not simply being the first beast person to start high school. What absolute cuties, really enjoyed reading this manga. Like honestly, what a beautiful and wholesome story. It was also funny at appropriate times. Really liking how all this mangaka's characters look different- especially their eyes. This mangaka's use of facial expressions is breathtaking. "You work to live, not the other way around." -this has now become one of my favourite life quotes. Wow, this hit me real hard. -Work shouldn’t be seen as a burden but as something that helps you to continue living

The story was solid- like a fairytale. The art and colouring was very beautiful. Enjoyed.

That was surprisingly sad/beautiful. Like I didn't really feel sad throughout the story but that short extra at the end (after the author's foreward) nearly broke me. It was bittersweet to a certain extent, I guess. The art was also lovely.

Actually enjoyed all the stories. Wish there was more/season 2 for all couples.

27/10/21: Nah, I do this to myself. The story is super interesting, however, it’s not complete and it may never be completed. Excited to see in which direction it’s headed. Chp 2

Just finished bing reading this story- read it non stop. Where to begin, Edna/Eden is a badass. Re-read, still a great story! Loved Edna- still a badass and Chris really is one of my favourite characters- also initially I was wondering what happened to his brother but re-reading if I noticed that he does appear near the end- his name is Chase.

?104.5 Really, really enjoyed this. Like really. The ML was great and good looking, so was the FL. And the plot was super good, wasn’t expecting it. Haven’t read a manhwa that I’ve enjoyed since Light and Shadow. Yay! Side stories have finally started. Very excited! Decided to wait for the side stories to finish before reading them. May even re-read the manhwa for a better understanding of the story Chp 92

This story was really good. I really enjoyed it though it did feel like it was a little long (maybe because I knew the spoilers). Also I enjoyed the bickering between the 2 mls but Noah’s personality occasionally annoyed me, especially near the end. Edit: screaming because an anime about this story is going to be released in 2023. I’m so excited

Chp.200 Chp 45 is the best chapter I’ve read in this manga so far. And arc 1 is amazing- the lord and rules were so smartly written. It wasn’t a bad story, I really enjoyed it. The plot was good. Though it took longer than I expected to read. This review is not selling the manhwa but just know that it’s good. And I’m excited for it to be animated. Though I enjoyed the story more in the beginning when MC was levelling up but near the end it felt like he was too OP. Update: just discovered that it’s going to be animated-squeallll! Can’t wait Started talking to sis about this manhwa which got me reading so chapters and I still stand by my statement that this was a fantastic read. Side stories/sequel have started. Reading along but defo need to reread properly from the start. Chp.184- seems to confirm with the appearance of Iron that those who died and became his shadow army still exist/ are alive in the new timeline. Now I’m wondering what about people who died e.g. the hunters association chairman or the s class healer who became a demon, healed FL and the “died”/was released as a demon. I believe the side stories in the light novel is 21 chps for Volume 14, chp 249-270. Chp.186- that was cute, that was a cute chapter. Chp.187- ugh, my love for Igris cannot be explained. I have loved him from the moment he was introduced and to read his pov just made me like him even more. Honestly my favourite character. Though I would have liked to see what he was thinking when Jinwoo told him to forget about whoever he was previously protecting and to protect him instead (when he was trying to resurrect him). This was quite a long chapter. Chp.194- the way I screamed Igris when he appeared. Truly my favourite character of the series. Intrigued that he’s going through the same task as his father but approaching it differently. Chp.195- the smile I get every time I see Igris- truly love them. Also the sooho being a different class from his father is interesting though his father’s journey to getting there was more enjoyable- I blame the rushiness of the son’s story. Chp.198- oooo he about to meet his father!! Chp.199- yep he met his father. This chapter felt like a conclusion chapter.
