Desperately want to read. The art is pretty but their relationship is a mess. Honestly can't believe I wrote the above because the story wasn't really worth it. Also there was a mistake with the synopis on myreadingmanga- this manga title had the worng synopis so I started reading this due to a mistake...oh well. Chp.5 was so funny, Yoyogi-senpai is a riot. What an amazing character. Overall it was okay just not as amazing as I hyped it up to be.

Read up to ch 3- found interesting. Waiting for more chapters to be translated. 17/6/21: Vol 1 finally translated and put here. Finished it, it was aight. Preferred this story to his brother’s. Prequel/Spin off story: Pink To Mameshiba (Yaoi)- about Atsuto's younger brother

It was alright. Was pleasantly surprised when they switched, but wished that the story was longer so that I could read more about them being a seke couple. The story definitely needs a 2nd volume as the ending felt very abrupt.

Really enjoyed this story. The pace and communication were A+. Such a wholesome story despite some angst. Defo agree with the following comment: "I normally avoid angst, but this hits just the right level of spice. I think it’s because of how honest and chaotic Hayato is. God forbids those angsty yaoi with a whiny uke and non-stop misunderstanding." And with this comment: "The idea itself isn't new, but I love how they didn't change even after confirming their feelings. They didn't suddenly became lovey dovey or super romantic to each other. Instead, it was the subtle hints of affection: like when Kurahashi said he'd consider buying Matsune an ashtray or Matsune noticing Kurahashi's fear of losing him." And even this one: "This didn’t give us the story with a sugarcoated accepting environment, instead it showed the homophobia, the conflict between choosing to accept their own sexuality or to conform to the society’s wishes... And their love which made them overcome these or even if not, they chose to give priority to their love instead of these other things. This was really heartbreaking and heartwarming at the same time with a rather realistic approach and a really beautiful writing, I’m totally in love with the story and the characters."

Not bad. It was a good read and at times, funny. The pacing and storyline was also good. Just wished the ending was more satisfying for me. The historical setting was also a pleasant read. Agree with the comment below: "Ryuuji’s decision to not to speak up about the assault for fear of being kicked out and having nowhere to go and blaming himself for taking a position that he felt wasn’t meant for him were so poignant. In this dog-eat-dog world, you really just gotta grab every opportunity you can to survive. Tbh, there will always be someone better than you but when the opportunity presents itself, you just gotta hold on to it and give it your all. You have the right to survive too."

Up to date: vol 6 chp 17. Really like the couple and storyline. 1 on my favourite parts vol 1 ch 5 pgs.28-35. Vol 2 chp 5.6 - have sex

The storyline/plot wasn't so bad.

It wasn't bad but defo feels like it needs a season 2.

The cover is defo deceptive. But it was a cute read, though I wish it had more chapters. I enjoyed the pacing and their relationship. The art is very pretty too.
