god heart wrenching, soul crushing read omg. ML once absolutely loved MC they ran away together and lived life. then MC gets a company for helping a Leo before he died and ML took over. ML changed and years down the line began abusing, cheating, and even r*peddling MC. Entire time MC has leukemia and he is dying. Lots of drama the doctor falls in love with MC he helps him. MC leaves ML regrets realizes everything. Tries to find MC but MC doesn't want to see him after ML's lover goes to confirm that they have been together for FOUR years. ML's lover dies ML doesn't care. MC dies and ML lives the rest of his life not believing MC died and looks for him everywhere, gives up his company and lives in angst and regret
