The main couple is extremely cute, and they're very respectful in their relationship (no non-con, nothing) BUT! One of the two characters gets SA-ed by his stepdad in high school (probably frequently) and then SA-ed again by his soon to be boyfriend's friends and that is dealt with very badly! A lot of forgiving, I was partly responsible, bullshit. Still a good read if you can be selectively blind and imagine for yourself that they never saw them ever again.

Sad but ends well. But like, really sad.

Really good! Big accent on consent (for once) and nice pacing and storytelling. I love love looove the characters and their growth <3
