15/10 Truly one of the best manhwa I have read hands down. The story goes at a steady pace (in my opinion) where questions are quickly answered. I'm completely satisfied with how the author executed this story, but it also makes my chest hurt with how much I'll miss it. Though it was a little weird how she was just simply the best surgeon there ever was, for some reason I was actually fine with that. Usually I hate Mary Sues, but I really like Elise. This is a definite worth-to-read, and I would do anything to go back and read it for the first time again.

10/10 but once it hit 100 it sorta got boring BUT AHHHHHHHH :( i love them all so much AAAAAHHHHHHHHHH im gonna miss em

ch 26 - kind of iffy about the rating. the mc all of a sudden becomes very good and nice and sweet and happy like she wasnt the edgiest edgelord child ever who was rude to aegis as fuck for like ever and just kind of insulted him for a while. when rayan comes in she becomes hopeful and so full of life like what LOL those are ur two "precious" characters but the way u act toward them is so different. other than that, this story is very good and i like how the second male lead is actually the first male lead in this case (HOPEFULLY PLEASSEEE).

ch 32 omg dietrich i like will a lot and his devotion is literally to die for but he is scary ngl. i don't like it when mcs like reinhardt want something but then chicken out before that but i understand in this case because she really has no one to fully trust but herself because will doesn't really know much about her (to her knowledge) and she believes that he only follows her because she was the first woman to show him kindness i guess. not a fan of the canary girl taking interest in will but i know it'll be worth it to see her face heartbroken and miserable when she realizes all that's in will's heart and body is rein
