Severe depression and anxiety can cause feelings of helplessness and lack of motivation, and can also cause a person to be overwhelmed with tasks that may seem simple to the average person, which I think partially explains why his room got as messy as it did. That and because he was busy with his manuscripts. Anyways, gosh I hated Soohyun SO MUCH. He disgusted me and was such a creep. Suuuuuper psychologically abusive too. I felt so bad for Baek Yeon, because he was already hurt from his years in school but then there's also this guy you're close to who constantly pushes you into a small cage and belittles you while also claiming that it's for your own good and that he's all you have. I think the way Baek Yeon was affected by this was very realistic and relatable in that sense, so this made it easier to be able to understand the uke more and even sympathise with him. I love how Baek Yeon and Junghyuk were able to work together to try and help Baek Yeon's problems. They were so cute. Loved the character development of Yeon! And Junghyuk's family was so amazing as well! ️
