Yatamomo

Complete | harada | 2014 released

My first yaoi from a few years ago and one of my faves, if not my absolute favorite haha. I've re-read it 3-4 times now, and I still love it. I always pick it up if I don't know what to read or don't feel like starting a new yaoi at that moment. I love the story, the plot, the art, the characters, EVERYTHING. Momo, Yata, and Kuri-chan are so precious, and tbh I even think the mom was precious in her own way even if she made some big mistakes with Momo in her life. I love the character development and the character back stories that explain why each character is the individual that they are, even if back stories are dark and twisted. Overall, this was a very wholesome and emotional yaoi, yet had it's touch of comedy carefully peppered throughout the story.

Tadareta Koi ni wa Itashimasen!

Complete | RAKUTA Shoko | 2018 released

Ok really appreciate the seme's ability to control himself around the uke when he needed to. Also, Murachin was such a good friend. So relaxing to be around. The uke was indeed pure, and was very cute. The sex scenes were very erotic, so 10/10 for that. Just didn't like how the dudes at the party for away with no consequences for their actions. As for the childhood friend, didn't like how he kept aggressively trying to initiate things with the uke when the uke didn't want it. At the same time, I think it's understandable why he didn't get a harsher consequence, since they've been friends for years and he genuinely felt bad afterwards. As long as he learned from that experience and doesn't try anything like that again. And y'all Granny at the end wondering how many days she has left

Koisuru Tetsumenpi

Ongoing | Akira nakata | 2019 released

I loved these two stories, although I have to say that the second couple really stood out to me and was definitely my favorite. All of them were quite good-looking, and I love the author's art style, and the plot (particularly for the second couple) was something I really enjoyed.

Hinadori wa Shiokaze ni Madoromu

Complete | MINADUKI Yuu | 2018 released

The first time I read this, I was in love with the plot, the characters, the art, everything. I still am, even after re-reading it a few times. I cried because of the emotions/struggles that Yuuichi, Ryou, and Ayumu were all feeling and their insecurities. They are all so cute, especially Ayumu, and the relationship that all three of them had with each other was so precious. The ending is also amazing, and I absolutely love this author because they always manage to capture my heart with their stories. This is ultimately my favorite yaoi ever.

Elektel Delusion

Complete | nekota yonezou | 2009 released

This was a funny and cute yaoi, and I'm glad it was a longer read. Seriously though, I'm happy Fumi didn't bottom because I really wasn't interested in the idea; he makes an amazing top, so I think he's fine the way he was. Also, Shunpei may have been annoying at first when Fumi came out to him, but he definitely became better and more lovable as time went on; like one of the previous posts said, he didn't deserve to be treated the way he was by the people around him while Fumi was getting all the love T_T. My boy over here need some attention and loving of his own besides the stuff he receives from Fumi. ALSO, THE SISTER ANNOYED ME. Like, just because your brother's a bottom you're gonna threaten to tell y'alls parents instead of just support his decision? Bish, nawww. But other than that, this story had to be one of my faves to read.

Wolf Me Up

Complete | Miwa | 2000 released

A cute and simple read. I've always liked the idea of the theme with a "wolf" Seme and a "Red Riding Hood" uke. They are really cute, 5 stars!!
