I have mixed feelings about Taehee. In one moment, he's a cutie, in the next, he's a selfish, possessive bastard. I especially hated the dub con (and the lack of lube!!!). But, I like the story otherwise, because it's very interesting, and it also seems like he's trying to do better. Btw, Doujin is the most precious guy ever, super sweet, but also stands up for himseld and others. Also, a huge plus in the story is that both guys actually look like guys. And the art style is beautiful.

This was so wholesome I absolutely loved how the uke grew confident throughout the story because of the seme's positive influence. And the way they fell in love was simply beautiful. They're both so sweet and precious.

That was cute. However, I'm not a big fan of "straight" guys as MCs or love interests in BL. We know they aren't actually straight, but the way he thought and acted the seme really kept on giving off this vibe fot way too long, making it seem like he wanted to adopt the uke as his little brother or brother-in-law or a friend, definitely not a lover. And we all know that irl situation like this would never go any further. He'd be that nice straight friend and that's it. But since it's a yaoi, he changed his feelings, of course. Also, is it just me or was the uke a but too pure? But ok. Still, they were super cute once they were finally together, and it was all consent and lube and the seme even asked the uke if he wanted to top or bottom (I really appreciate that). Overall, I'd still recommend.

So, those fans are so fucking annoying and the perfect representation of fujoshis that went way too far. Fanfics, changing ships the moment a hot guy comes by, calling Rui "almost a girl" and pretty much giving him all female roles - they're so toxic. However, Rui and Hibiki are a really precious couple, and I like the way things develop between them. Plus, everything has consent! I'd like it even more if they were versatile, because otherwise, it's like they're just reinforcing those crazy, obsessive fans' dumb and offensive imagination. But what can we do?
