If they would just communicate better and she actually listened to what the duke says to her she'd understand he's literally told her he loves her and to do as she pleases w him as long as she doesn't divorce him. Half their problems would be solved if they just communicated their issues. And they could spend more lovey dovey time and solving the other bigger issues instead of going in useless circles.
