The plot thickens... Not really, it hasn't gotten to the part where things happen just yet. EDIT: Quite interesting. Both the ML and FL have interesting personalities, and there's clearly more beneath the surface. EDIT 2: I probably like this more than a lot of 5 stars so might as well bump the rating. I never had quite the fangirling attack but this is leaps and bounds more consistent, which is worth more to me than like 5 chapters with potential that got squandered.

I'll see if it's a 5 star when we get to the part from the start that shows the kids grown up. So far I'm really liking it though.

Woulda rated it higher if it wasn't for some stuff from spoilers. First half was really good with the PDA so everything else could be forgiven, then it's 10 straight chapters of flashbacks, and now we're back to the present where it seems like she's going to become a dumbass. EDIT: What the actual fuck is she doing? I'll come back when they fix this dumbass misunderstanding and she grows a braincell. EDIT: It doesn't look like this went very well, kinda feels like it was axed and the overall plot turned in to a mess.

Man I'm actually liking this. First thing that stood out is the amazing art. I was a bit put off by the yaoi tag but there's genuine plot here. The MC seems to exist only for the sake of overworking himself, with his disregard for his own health being the cause of pretty much everything that happens, but it leads to some interesting developments. The ML is unexpectedly nice now that we've gotten to know him. Only time sex has been mentioned is when it was done off screen to save ML's life (cliche I know, it's still handled in a unique way though, with both of them accepting it as nothing more than a medical treatment).

Shit that's hot EDIT: Eh, taking a bit too long to get to the good stuff. EDIT 2: Forgot to explain this is gone probably forever. There was drama with suspicion of the artist tracing (who knows if it's true I think I found it reasonable enough with lots of series sharing similar but not identical shots but that was ages ago). They said they'd bring it back with another artist but it's been what, 2 years? lol

I like that she can handle herself, but even as she changes the plot she still somehow thinks it's going to end the same way and that she has to run away??? Girl if you're not a villainess then nobody is going to kill you. A bit more romance would be appreciated as well.

read up to the end of chapter 23, dropped for Kaoru being a massive hypocrite. Maybe I'd be able to put up with it if she had a nice ML or something but it's just a bunch of dumb kids and an annoying woman. It was nice when it was just her finding smart ways to deal with some issues, not all of which were dependant on her powers. Her abilities were also vague enough that there was some inventiveness to be had. She starts off as a pacifist but when one of the kids tries to sacrifice herself to poison a well (which was her way of stopping an invasion without genocide) she goes ham and kills all witnesses. Then later on when she's in the middle of a massive battle she gets surrounded and doesn't want to hurt anyone again because there's more of them??? So the annoying woman gets stabbed and again Kaoru goes ham killing the guy that did it and anyone that gets in the way. It's like she can't decide if she wants to be a good person or not...

Good if you're just here for the porn, but so much of the series is taken up there's very few cute moments.

I expected more from the premise but it's not that interesting. EDIT: Dropped, I've raised my standards.
