I’m the Male Lead’s Girl Friend
Dropped. Could've been good but they put FL and 2nd ML (yeah, not the actual ML) in an arranged marriage, then top it off by making this bitch of an original FL out as sympathetic, like she deserves everything just because while our FL doesn't even though she earned it through hard work?
Seijo no Hazu ga, Douyara Nottoraremashita
Better than the one that got an anime. They don't try to make the other bitch out to be some poor victim of circumstance while they're living the high life without giving a fuck about anyone else. ML is a pretty interesting character. Priest is the perfect supporting role, I expect to see an old man in every isekai from now on. All of them have useful abilities, including the cat, so it doesn't feel like any of them are dragging mc down. The plot is interesting as well. I'm on the verge of giving this 5 stars.
Taming the Lady
I am once again expressing my appreciation for thirsty FL's. She's abundantly obvious in her feelings for ML and I love every second of it. Better yet, she's not afraid to change the story and goes out of her way to do so. Raon is cute af. EDIT: Wtf is she doing fawning over a girl? You have a man. And besides, it's always the same generic "oh so pretty" stuck up bitch that they expect us to like just because... EDIT 2: I hope this whole "undo the relationship" thing isn't going to be a trend, it's annoying. EDIT 3: Yeah that was one underwhelming ending. It somehow feels like it was both dragged out and rushed. The translation in the later chapters probably didn't help. It's sadly not the first time I've seen a good series turn bad.
I Ship My Rival x Me
About as good as a manhua gets. A little predictable and occasionally boring, but overall pretty nice.
Mad Place
Came for the BL and stayed for the mystery. The MC is cool enough, but his ML is just *chefs kiss*. EDIT: Finally got around to putting a quick note explaining the shitshow that took place here. Basically, the author lost her marbles and went ham on the poor kid that did the last 2 chapters until everybody rallied for mangago to take it all down in fear of the site getting sued. *Psst... You didn't hear this from me, but there's been no such backlash against the Korean pirates as far as we can tell, some say the chapters are still out there in raw form to this day...*
Gyeongseong In-House
It does everything it set out to do, but with so little time it wasn't that impactful.
Kage no Eiyuu no Nichijou-tan
Pretty good, just not really what I was looking for. Starts like an above average op mc story, then slowly becomes more and more about character development and deeper issues. I just wanna see a cool guy doing cool shit, and to be honest just can't bring myself to like the side characters so I ended up not that interested.
Big Apple
Honestly, I'm annoyed at the porn. The plot is so good I'm hanging on the edge of my seat waiting for the moment shit hits the fan, and then they start fucking for 3 chapters straight...
The Last Surviving Alchemist Who Wishes for a Quiet Town Life
I didn't know this got canceled... Pretty solid overall. Not sure if Sieg or Lynx are the ML but Sieg's surprisingly cute after he gets cleaned up so it works. FL is fine too. They don't go in to much detail with the potion making but the plot is more about characters and interpersonal relations so it works.
