There are 13 kingsdoms (1 for each zodiac sign) ans the dragon kingdom is at the top. The heroine is from the mouse tribe and came to the dragon kingdom for the dragon prince's bridal selection. She has no interest in the selection and only want to read in the dragon tribe's archives ; that's where she meets a man from the dragon who kisses her and says she is his fated partner. Later, at the banquet, he appears and makes everyone faint except her.
