Actually she and casear have became very good friend & develop trust relationship over years of their togetherness..Casear confessed his feelings and they clear out the misunderstanding regarding noah nad they rae all good. now, Cana decided not to leave the palace nad help casear became king on her own terms that is not folloeing novel plot. And we have srious doubt about oscar , empress's underling.
