King's Maker
Wtf why is this so good
Osuppai Oshiri BL (Anthology)
Matsuyoi no Oni
I enjoyed this ️ it was cute and kinda beautiful. Love the pair. A boy who can feel supernatural stuffs since young meets an oni who's name and powers have been sealed by uke's ancestors. Uke has the ancestor's soul within him and thus Seme has to seek uke's blood or presence to eat and heal. Uke makes a deal to give himself as an offer (he's a writer) in exchange of oni sharing his story about the woman ancestor for writing materiall. Later on, the both ended up falling for each other. Seme gets his power back and the end.
Where the Dragon's Rain Falls
Honestly, I don't know wether I should leave a review or not. Because I haven't read this a long time and just continued on where I last left it, making me forget many of the story. The story is about a servant, who's a foreigner. Desperate to do everything for what he wants, smart enough on how to survive his lime of work. Gets tangled up with the prince and the dragon. Suu becomes the shrine master at the end. Hwaryun becomes the King and The Dragon Sahara fulfills his duty. Thoughts about it ? I wasn't immersed or gotten obsessed over the story but I know a good stroy when I see one. And this one's good for a bl. I feel like the way it was written is very good - like the lines are deep and intricate. Suu, the main character, has a very destinctive personality. The characterization of other as well is honestly cool, emphasis on the villain. The world building is not as broad- I wish to knew more of the place where Suu came from. Or wished they had more connection to the main plot. The ending where Suu ends up in a poly relationship with the two seme makes sense. I do think Suu isn't romantically in love with Sahara, but does find comfort in him. As well as the satisfaction of having someone to posses as well as hold you dear, and putted in a pedestal. For Hwaryun, he's n love with Suu but even I feel doubtful of that even tho it seems to be true. Suu was right at how he describes their relationship as if his love for him doesn't reach him. Honestly, I love how dark and in a way, realistic, things ended up to be. Each were fated to do and be someone, even tho they didn't want to be. Yet they had no choice but to concede. Which happens a lot in realistic palace events. Where the priority is not always personal love and comfort but their people and kingdom. The ending of the story was ambiguous wether it was truly a happy one or not. Sahara who chose Suu, stole Suu's humanity, slowly turning him into something similar to himself. And Suu, tho he didn't wish to be, could only wait for the day he loses his humanity. I even think Suu would live longer than Hwaryun, and would even someday lose his true feelings for Hwaryun. But atleast he wont be Alone because Sahara would be with him forever. All in all, I'd give this a 8.7
Who's Your Daddy?
Think chapter 30 official is the end then continued on the unofficial one translations. By the way this story is so simple. Personally, it started great but was so mild at the end. Like honestly could've been written better. Kinda simple story also. Very predictable. The uke persona was something I like at the beginning but meh at the end. Don't like the seme honestly, another toxic one. The miscommunication in this one was written badly lol But yeah mpreg royalty kinda enjoyed it. (Most at the beg chaps tho)
How To Raise A Victim?
Oh my god. this story was unexpectedly so good??????? OMG OMG. Can't wait for the next. The story of this feels so refreshing, and the art is beautiful. Chapter 45.
Beta Count Has Changed
3 sem alpha and 1 recessive uke. In the past, uke gets married to Duke. Duke is an alpha while uke is a beta. One day the merchant sent an omega to the duke as requested by his his family. Duke gets the omega pregnant and uke beta has no choice but to hold himself. Yet in the end he couldn't take the pain and committed suicide. He turns back to the time of his wedding and now he turned into an omega. Duke's rut comes in and rapes the uke. The marriage was discontinued I think. Uke discovers his body is unusual and craves for alpha more than usual so he asks the merchant for an alpha but the merchant takes advantage of the situation and rapes the uke, merchant calls upon the loyal night of uke and he also joins in. In the end, uke gets pregnant and they don't know the father so the three seme's ends up spending time with uke. When uke has taken birth it was found by test that the three were the father and so lived the poly relationship they have. Idk what was about the dramatic start of this story it was pretty much unnecessary at the end because it was just there and not really mad of a big deal. Short and quite shallow just okay I guess.
Takagami-sama to Aware na Ikenie
Ch1-3(translated) Spoiler... Uke's parents and him got into an accident that resulted to his parents' death and his leg injury. He had to work with what he can to help his sister survive. One day, he was chosen as a sacrifice to a god for rain to be bestowed to their village. Uke accepted to be the sacrifice in exchange for her sister's safety and care. Uke apparently dies and goes to the realm of the hawk god, which he goes and pleads to the god for rain. The god who seemingly despises human, asks for the human's body in exchange for granting his wish. Yet after their first time, the god says it wasn't enough and so they do it multiple times. And the god starts caring for the uke, making it rain & even saving him when he almost dies and later on giving him work and place in his mansion. Later on, the uke finds out that the reason God hates human is because he was terribly betrayed many years ago. The god retaliates in anger by flooding the human villagers and killing many. As punishment, the god was holed in his place for 500 yrs, his powers sealed and unable to refuse anyone who comes in his place. The uke starts working in the mansion as his thanks for the rain. Yet he still get a bit bullied by the other workers. He then later on meets another god. Ch4-6(raws on fb) form what I can understand, the seme starts caring for uke for real and later on grants his wish to see his sister and so makes him a bird to fly to the other side. He later comes back, and forms a family with a god. He made baby eggs with him haha. Review: it's okay. Not much. The art is pretty and aside form the forced sex, though the uke consented, he had no choice but to sell his body to the demands of the god so that part was disappointing for me cause I expected something different but that made it generic like the other mangas, but I kinda like the damsel in distress, physically weak but very strongly determined uke so I stayed. The art is pretty (again). So it's an okay read, hoping for the rest to be translated.
