Very interesting dr getting a second chance at life and basically being an OP god in the operating room due to his past life experience. I do wish that the drama was more on the surface and that the tension between the protagonist and the antagonist was more apparent

Not usually my thing with the whole dad bods and old men with bara tiddies but I have to admit it does have some pretty steamy scenes that keep me going. Also, those monster sausages are also a plus

I'm not a huge fan of the "being in another world with a smartphone" aspect of this story but it is a nice read

It's a typical OP cultivator story. it gets realllllyy repetitive and man are there way too many characters to remember. Also, the time skips are awful and the panel pacing is bad. 275

Oh man is this webtoon trash. You keep thinking "no way would the author do this." but the author does in a bad way. In the very first chapter, the MC sees a girl peeing in the woods, watches her get bit by a snake on the but and has to suck the venom from her butt and give her special butt massages to save her life. what a sleeze. Also, for future reference, sucking poision from a wound doesn't actually work and the dr stuff he does is all chinese lore

I like the strong heroine but the confusing panels and the large cast of characters and historical events make everything confusing Ch 8

i didnt think this manga would be good based on it's summary. I thought it would just be a slow paced manga that follows a farmer girl but boy was i wrong. It has just enough intrigue from the plot that keeps you engaged and the MC's stakes are real. She could get killed any time yet she still selflessly helps people.
